Since you added the original record to Fibd A Grave, maybe you can help me.
I have written to 3 different addresses for Holy Cross Cemetery in WV. hoping to get some information regarding genealogy on my family from their burial records. Each replied that the Holy Cross I have written to is not the correct cemetery. What exactly is the address for this cemetery in WV? The lastest address I tried is 279 Marshall St., Clarksburg, WV 26301 (the caretaker replied they have no record, that the photos of the 3 graves I sent are not in that cemetery-I copied them from this site). The other 2 letters were returned to me-no such address. Any aid you can give me I would appreciate. Thank yo so much Mary Scafo
firstname.lastname@example.org is my email address

Did a little research... 1st burial 1865...church closed/ moved about 1970. So one would assume burials after that are possibly Cameron. Thank you so much for info on the road. Have not made it down there to see. So it is appreciated! Have a good evening! Gail

|Brenda Gamboa||Dudley Robinson information|
I sent in an edit for his city to be Lumberport. That is where this Robinson family is from. If someone said Clarksburg, it is nearby and could be counted as the city as well, but Lumberport is correct.
For his middle name, I have not seen it anywhere else either, so it would probably be okay to remove it without a source.
Thanks for your contributions! The Robinsons are my cousins going back to 1804.

I cannot believe that no more memorials have been out on for this cemetery. They sent rude messages to you and to me saying stop posting memorials in this cemetery... then they stopped. This one would have been done by now if they would not have been so ignorant. Findagrave should block those people from sending messages to people.

|Bette Grimm Thatcher||findagrave|
When the two guys that originally setup findagrave, they had all kinds of rules. Just one was not to post any obits on here, but many have done so.
Another was not to have duplicates, but there are many of them too.
Since Ancestry took them over, they have relaxed many of the original rules.
But, I still can't understand why a user would have the nerve to make up their own rules and expect others to follow them? And be rude to them when they don't!!!

|Bette Grimm Thatcher||RE: re:|
I ask again and also please tell me why my question is rude?
I want to ask you about the rule that you made up for other users, such as myself. " edit request for connection to parents with burial unknown- I don't connect to unknowns, once the place of burial has been identified I will be more than happy to make connections"
Since findagrave has many options besides a person being buried, why do you insist on this since findagrave doesn't? The person I am trying to connect with his family may have been burned or ashes at sea, or many other places besides a cemetery. Maybe his is in a cemetery and one day someone will find it and try to add it to his memorial on here, I don't know. I just can't understand how users make up their own rules and expect other users to abide by them???

|DJ Noble||Memorial# 40231827 Jonathan Henry|
Thank you for adding the information about Jonathan's first wife being Eva Bralliar, Sarah Shira's aunt. This has filled in a small portion of a gap in my family tree! Do you have any more information on Eva Brallier?
I found a 1850 US Census with a Jonathan and Eve Henry in Ashland Co, OH. There were three children to this couple: Mary b. abt 1837 PA, Vashti b. abt 1840 PA, and Thomas b. abt 1848 OH. Couuld this be the same Jonathan Henry?

I found his mother's maiden name on her death register though difficult to read.

I found 3 children for Joshua & Elizabeth (Pickenpaugh) and her parents.

Where did you find his middle name? I still have not located death info which appears to be 29Dec1897 on his headstone. Didn't realize he had been married a 3rd time - good catch!
