Thanks for the transfer. I had a lot of information to put up, but then I tried to track down her children, and that got difficult. I think Capt Strong is her first husband which you put up along with his sons and an Elizabeth. There might have been some event or sickness in 1807 that was killing people in the area.

Martha C. Cobb Brackett
Sophie, If you are back at the cemetery, I am looking for Martha's mother, Martha Bell Cobb. Her Vermont vital records death information says she was born 1787 and died at age 53. She was listed as the wife of Dr. John R. Cobb and date of death Jan. 12, 1840. It says she is buried in Bay Cemetery. She was born Martha "Patty" Bell in St. Albans. Thanks so much

Sophie, Thanks so much for the picture of Martha's grave. She is the daughter of my 4th Great Grandfather, Dr. John R. Cobb. I have never been able to locate him in Vermont, but did find his first wife in Barber Cemetery. Thanks again for your time and trouble.

Healds in St Albans Bay Cemetery
Thank you Sophie for for taking such lovely pictures of the Heald graves. In 2013, my daughter and I camped in Grand Isle State Park. We drove all over. The scenery was breathtaking. I bet we passed this cemetery. Its a big drive from Boston so I really appreciate you taking your time to take these pictures!! Linda
