|William Ensminger||Regarding Jacob Bechtel|
Is there a possibility that his wife Elizabeth moved back to Pennsylvania, USA with her children and remarried? I have found a record in the Pennsylvania U.S. Census of 1850.

|Art Currie||RE: Photo Requests|
Good question. For the most part I have copies of the local genelogical society records - Wainfleet, Humberstone, Bertie plus others in Middlesex and Lambton Counties. While it is true I do not have photographs of all the postings, the genelogical societies various cemetery records are actual inscription readings from the tombstones. Thus, the tombstones did exist at the time the genealogical society did its recording of the cemetery.
Also a secondary source is the Florence Neff Young collection for which I have a copy. As you probably know, Florence did a great job of collectiong family records, a lot of which contain information as to the burial location. I have found her work to be quite accurate since it was done pre-computer days, done by pen and paper whereby she got the information directly from family members.
As an aside, you can't always beieve tombstone inscriptions, as I have been told several times by cemetery office staff. In Poplar Hill cemetery in Middlesex County I know of two tombstones lisitng husband and wife. In both cases, the wives died young and the husbands moved to Michigan to live with their sons. The husbands died and are buried in Michigan although their names are on the tombstone in Ontario.
In our case, I have no problem with your not doing the linking. I fully understand.

I noticed that you put in a photo request for John Lehman I have the transcript and he is buried at St. John's but the year of death is different then what you have its 1935 according to the transcript.
He is buried with Jane Lehman.
When I get there I will take the picture for you weather permitting.

Many Thanks for your work with Find A Grave. I located distant relatives I never thought I would find - probably because I had a very different spelling but found Karl and Rachael Struck that you had added back in 2010. Their grandson will appreciate seeing their markers.

Thank-you for the answer. I suspected as much but could not bring the picture close enough to see details. I hope to see it for myself someday but not sure when that will be. I will definitely give the credit to you for that picture. Thanks, Beckie

Could you explain to me what all of the insets in the wall(cemetery page)are for? I find them very interesting but can't bring in the picture close enough to see what they actually are. Since I live in Indiana, USA, I don't know if I will ever be able to see it for myself. My 4th great-grandfather, Abraham Stump is buried there. Also do you mind if I use this picture in my genealogy?
Thank-you Beckie Pressler

This memorial and its stone photos (plus I have more of them from Fred Long if you want to see them - I didn't want to "bump" you photo off the 1st page)I KATHERINE GEHMAN.
"The proof of the pudding" are Fred's painstaking work, believe me!
Please give her a name so that other requests for linking her to her children and proceed.
Everyone's afraid to enter her as their mom because of the no name on the memorial #48792326. Thanks for helping.

I believe your family info for this Eli Wildfong married to Nancy Musser is wrong. This Eli's parents are Jonas Wildfong and Catherine Livergood Wildfong. The daughter Sarah seems to be correct, but am unsure of Joseph, Leah, and Peter, because I have not yet found these 3 children in my records search connecting them to Eli and Nancy. I do have 4 other children besides Sarah, which are, John (1840-1912), Daniel (1854-1920), Eli M. (1859-1929 Grand Lawn Cem., Pigeon, Huron, MI), Amos (1844-1920).

Thank you for updating Willie's Find A Grave memorial and for pointing me to your Ezra Eby website. What a great accomplishment! I count myself lucky that I have in my personal library Ezra Eby's original two volumes "History of Waterloo Twp", which has been passed down from my paternal grandparents. It makes me appreciate all the more the effort you have put into your online project. For those of us actively engaged in assembling family histories, it is a valuable resource, especially for its documentation of more recent members of the family (where official documentation is difficult to find/access).
A question for you - does your Ezra Eby softwar4 allow you to attach image file(s) to the individual's record?
Again, thank you.

I have a few memorials in the West Zion Mennanite cemetery that I am transferring to you. Since you and Deb seem to have the lion's share of memorial management, thought you could care for a few more.
