Okay, I will check with the county clerk and find out. Do you have any photos of Nellie?

Yes, I saw that as well. Her husband's name is listed as Kenneth Cafer...but I think his last name may be misspelled. That why I was wondering if you had any information on her. Thank you for your help!

Would you mind posting his obituary to his bio? They probably were married at the time of his death. I know that she remarried to a man with the last name Hamilton after Robert's death according to her mother's obituary (her mother died in 1959). Does your mother know anything about Nellie? Like who she remarried? When she died? Or anything about her daughter, Myrtle? Oh, and thank you for the obituary!

Hey its your cousin. Naomi Brainard someone has finally put on find a grave. I wanted to send you their numbers so that you could link them to their parents. James Brainard's no is 30892815 and Naomi's is 86906213. Also you could go into Etha Bernice's and add her parents links if you want to. I have added Francis Wayland's info and family. Still trying to update. Thanks!

RE: Davis'
I'm with the Butlers, I was finishing up loose end. Adelaide Davis married Abner Butler. I have a tree on ancestry and looking at find a grave, well anyway I feel the memorials were more complete if we can link as much family together as we can. There are still several gravers out there who just don't respond.
Thank you for helping to up date.

I found out today that Dillard L. Saylor Jr. was living in Van Wert Co, OH when he was sent to the orphanage in 1919. Suggests that maybe he was living with his father or other relative and his sister was living with mother or other relative.

I do not know what happened to Netti Staulbaum except that she was listed as his wife on the death certificate. Dillard or White as he was known had for children: the two we have discussed plus Bertha b. @1912 and Donald Robert Saylor b. 1915 in Paulding Co. Do you know if these were children he had with Ina? Haven't found death records for either of them.

I have to assume that Ina died toward the end of 1919 when the two children were placed in the orphanage. The papers filed when they were placed there (what a librarian told me, he is sending copies of the filing) said they had been living in Montgomery Co, OH. Dillard Sr. and his brother Elijah were both irresponsible parents as both of them allowed their children to go into orphanages. I see Dillard Jr. died in El Paso, TX 2 Nov 1982. I knew Nov 1982 from Social Security records but they had his last place of residence as Massilon, OH. Were you ever able to find a record of Dillard's marriage to Nellie Staulbaum?

Somehow I must have missed this response. I never knew he was married to Ina but I did know that he had been married before his marriage to Nettie Stallbaum. Where did Dillard and Ina marry? Can you send me a copy of their marriage license at:
jerry_saylor@yahoo.com. Dillard is living with his mother Sarah Wilson Saylor in the 1910 census. His brother Elijah is also in the household. If your interested I could send you an interesting court case regarging Dillard, Sarah and Zachariah B. Saylor, the father of Dillard, et al. I have never found a marriage license for Dillard and Nellie Stallbaum which is why I'd like to see the one for Ina and Dillard.
