RE: Mary Childs
The guy with whom I work to find and restore older cemeteries such as Childs, is researching the Childs family and would appreciate your contacting him via email to exchange contacts and info. If you are willing, his email is wayneolake@gmail.com . He is not a member of Find-A-Grave so I do that connection for us.
Thanks, Jimbo

RE: Mary Faulkner
It is Mary Hall Faulkner in the Trent Cemetery. No birth date nor death date shown. Here is the memorial # 27701139. Trent was/is a community in Wolfe County and there are several cemeteries. The one you have her in just happens to be called Trent Cemetery.

Find A Grave Memorial# 11628775 Picture request
Hi Faith,
I was in the Oak Forrest Cemetery today. I took pictures of the Eldredg headstones, but I am not sure that my picture is any better then yours. I will have to download them to my laptop and look through them to see. Are you related to to this individual. We are having a difficult time finding the original listing of the individuals that have been buried in the Cemetery.

I am very concerned about the cemetery. It appears that the farmers that own the land around the cemetery are encroaching on the cemetery. I found and have a copy of the original cemetery deed and hop to have the cemetery surveyed. In addition, I plan to apply to have Oak Forest Cemetery added to the National Register of Historic Places. If accepted this would allow us to apply for a grant to restore the cemetery and hopefully build a fence and permanent entrance to the cemetery.
We need your help. If you are interested in getting involved by volunteering or sending donations, please contact me at libby@hobbsfamilyweb.com or Wyn Gardner at wyngardner@gmail.com. Wyn is currently maintaining a checking account to pay for maintenance and upkeep of the cemetery. If you are interested in sending a donation, please send it to: Wyn Gardner, 155 Jaybird Lane, Searcy, AR 72143.
I hope to hear back from you with any information you might have.

RE: Mary Faulkner
If you send me some info on her family, I will see what I can find out as far as where and when she is buried. Who her parents were, who she married, etc and about when she was born. I live here in Wolfe County.

Little Debbie
Mack Cemetery
Hello,
I am new to this but I live very close to the Mack Cemetery in Frenchburg Ky where you have two request for photo's. I've been through this cemetery two times and cannot find the Susanna Nolan or the William Day that you have requested. Are you sure they are in the Mack Cemetery?

Theresa Kelley
Nathaniel Gibson and the Warner's
Hi faith, I was at cemetery today trying to locate the markers for 3 Warner's and 1 Gibson. It was so over grown but I was able to find the Avery's on the left just past the bees where the crops come up to the brush. I was hoping you could give me a better idea where their graves are as you took pictures of their markers. It's a large corpse of trees and brush. Thank you.

memorial #18770127
In Memphis Nat'l Cemetery - Lem Hall. You took the stone photo, but I see no linking to wife you mentioned who was on the back of it. Please, would you redeem the request that I just put in under Lem's name. (See the note attached to the request).

Thanks bunches!

Alphine Green - last name is Greene
When you get time, can you change the spelling of the last name of Alphine Green in Marion Memorial Park to Alphine Greene as is stated on the grave marker.

Thanks, Mike

RE: Walter and Hattie Elledge
Will do. It's probably better if I just transfer them back to you when I finish. I'm happy to do that, and it may be sooner rather than later.

My intent was to incorporate burials that local lore says were Walter's parents, who are not yet covered on FindAGrave. But in studying the matter, I'm not sure local lore is accurate. I'll noodle on it some more and get back to you.

Thanks again.

Yes, if you prefer. That is very thoughtful of you. You might transfer both Walter Thomas and Walter Cornelius, and Hattie. I do have some other things I wanted to do with their memorials, but I did not want to trouble you with more than the linkages themselves.

Thank you so much!!

RE: Walter and Hattie Elledge
You are very welcome. Yes, I am related to Hattie, and I knew her well. She was my 1st cousin 3x removed, but to me she seemed more like my grandmother. Her mother, Lucy Ann Rives Gustavus, was the sister of my 2nd great grandmother Mary Frances Rives Whitted.
She was about 19 when the photo was taken--roughly 1902.

West Ky
Marked Tree Cemetery

Was wondering if you lived near the cemetery?

Would love tombstone picture of John James Hickman
and his wife Annie Stewart Bouldin Hickman.

They had another daughter, Francis Virginia Hickman born ca 1913. Is she there also?

My husband is not directly related (the original McClendon's had a lot of children) but I don't mind managing it if you want to transfer it. Jean

Your quite welcome, glad I could help. With my husband being a McClendon I try and review any McClendon's that are in my file and if I see duplicates I try and notify the manager.

Thank you.
I came across your memorial when checked if there are other Wilsons buried nearby. He was a very special young man and he is deeply missed. Thank you for all you do.

This photo you have taken is of my mothers headstone (July 10,1941- Jan 3,1993). Most of my family on my mothers side is buried there. Some with headstones, others without. Crittenden County, Arkansas (Marion Memorial Cemetery-Arkansas) was her birthplace (West Memphis) & hometown. I was amazed to see it online. As you can tell I frequently place flowers there as I go to see my family there 4-5x/yr. I appreciate the work you've done. Thank You.

Cora Ann Brown Ealey # 88772593
Faith, thank you for all the memorials you've created.

You were kind enough to transfer the JJ Ealey #30796580 memorial to me and I ask that you add the headstone picture from that memorial to his wife's, Cora Ann Brown Ealey, memorial #88772593.

Thank you again, Joe.

Thank you for putting the J.J. Ealey memorial on Findagrave.com and adding the headstone picture which I'd never seen.

Joseph Johnson Ealey is my grandfather and I'd like to maintain the memorial.

If you agree, please transfer it to me. joeglen29, #47738166.

Thank you again for all the memorials you've created and maintained.

Joe.

Thanks from the UK
Dear Faith
I owe you a great deal of gratitude. That is the first time I've seen a photograph of my Dads' grave. I wasn't even sure where it was located. I live in the UK and have never been to the US. Thank you so very much. I will leave my email address here in the hope that you will contact me in case you are interested in hearing my story.

God bless you
