I have had a very frustrating day because I was trying to find my 2 great grandfather's Bible pages. I looked everywhere. I had the copy of them in a book and thought I had copied all the info from them other places - seems not. You know both of his daughters married two McElrath brothers and he was very close to the McElraths and there were the two girls. I am sure my Henry DeLong married Edward and your Anna. From the Bible page I got - of course all the family info I needed (in 77), but there were a few people I could never figure out. That is what I was looking for. Henry was orphaned in Nauvoo and that Bible was taken from him, but he regained it I thought maybe the listings were those peoples. Since your message - I am thinking they were the Clarks. I am sure there was a Wm. and a Lillie Clark. I think there was 3 or 4 names. I have contacted someone in the branch of the family that has it - or did, in hopes of getting those listings just in case.

Another FindAGrave person cnntacted me to say these people were relatives - so they were transferred.
I no longer have control over them.

Ah HA! I had my Aunt's grave stone picture on Anna Clara's memorial. I will see if I can request a picture of her gravestone. I am in Ca. and can't take it. I went and took the others but did not think to take Edward's second wife.

Thank you for the link to Anna Clara McElrath's parents. There are 2 Anna McElrath memorials there in Walnut, they are both mine. Edward was married first to my 2 great aunt Anna Katherine DeLong McElrath and then to Anna Clara. Strange he married 2 Annas. Well he never had to worry about calling his wife by the wrong name! My dad used to call my mom Margaret sometimes and she did not like that.

Yes, he is buried next to his wife. I updated both memorials with the plot info. Would you like a transfer?

|Cindy Baldogo||John Parsons' obituary|
I'm afraid the obituary doesn't show up from the link. It takes me to Ancestry, but not to the obituary.
I can transfer the memorial to your care, or if you would like to copy/paste the obituary, I'll be happy to add it to his memorial.
Have a wonderful Sunday,

I sent edits for the ones I could verify as I uploaded the pix, I just couldn't verify the one.

I believe that Marguarite Danaher Downey is part of this family also. She was buried with them and has a matching stone, but I have been unable to verify how she connects. Susan

Thank you for the information. My original source was the Rose Hill Cemetery Book I which is very reliable. After your e-mail I checked Archives.com and both the 1900 and 1910 census agree with you. Also there are eight family trees that agree with you !

I know you didn't ask me to transfer Ethel's memorial to you, but you were her friend. I'm not related to her, and I never met her. I know you'll take good care of her memorial.

The VA has renovated large sections at San Francisco National Cem. Many of the stones have been cleaned and treated with a fungicide...so I took and posted a photo of the cleaned-up version. It looks really nice, I think.....Richard

Your welcome. I was searching for another Thomas Jefferson Coleman when I stumbled across this TJC. Reading the bio. I got curious and decided to do a bit on researching them. Wow. The Mrs. lived to be 100. Fantatic. I didn't spend enough time to find out where TJC Coleman was b. but I was lucky to find that the Mrs. DC said Clinton Co. I am glad to have help you in a small way. Thanks for the kind note.

I am not related to the Bachelor or Clark families - just a photo volunteer. If you would like to manage the memorials(s), I will transfer it/them to you. It pleases me when people like you can add to the memorials I enter and make them more meaningful to researchers and family members.
