RE: Bazil Best
Mr Chuck Norris, thanks for asking more about it, i didn't know exactly how on the app to explain my findings to you, I'm very new to this obviously. This is what Rhonda the organization manager said to me when I asked about Bazil and the Devotion plot area he is buried in. She explained that the cemetery was started in the 50's so anyone who died before the 60's is a hit or miss in finding a marker or there even being one. The photos I posted were of the area Bazil should be buried in and the picture of the marker with a doll in it is space 2 which is where she said Bazil should be found. I can delete the photos if you want and you can put in another request if you would rather have another person look, this is my first time. I looked around at every marker where Bazil was supposed to be and he wasn't there. In the pictures he is supposed to be between the random dirt square and the fence but there is no marker. Let me know if you want me to try anything else or ask more questions to Rhonda, I also noticed there is another Best grave that has no picture and I was going to go find that one soon as well. Sorry I didn't message you earlier, for some reason I couldn't leave a reply from my phone.

Hunters Cemetery
Aloha, Mr. Norris (!)

Just wanted to thank you for documenting the graves at the Hunters Cemetery. Wow. Thank you. I'll probably be contacting you with more information for family members buried there (McLean/Washburn/Allison/Ross/Hart) so we can have more complete records available to everyone. Again, thanks!

Vernon Holden
I finally found his marker and added the photo. Right next to his is a matching marker for Jacquelyn A. Holden 0ct 24, 1929 Nov 24, 2010, Beloved Wife and Mother. I could not find her listed in the cemetery on findagrave.com. Let me know if you want pic of her marker as well. They are both in the East Garden Crypt.

Gordon Hood -Find A Grave Memorial# 92039561
Hello,
I believe this Gordon Hood is Firth Gordon Hood, b. 23 May 1914, d. 8 Aug. 1975 at Kettle Falls (in Meyers Falls Cemetery showing dates unknown). An obituary for him is in the Seventh Day Adventist "Gleaners" Nov. 3, 1975, pp. 30 and 31. Gordon was the son of Velma D. Weller (1886- ) and Edwin Irving Hood (1885-1927). He was born in South Dakota. See:

WSDA
I was entering memorials for Spokane valley cemetery from headstone photos. I found WSDA has 2 cemeteries listed for an infant. I find the records from Interment.net are not totally reliable. As I have found comparing cemetery lists, Headstone records and theirs. I don't know how reliable they are entered in WSDA. Have you done all of WA? The one I found I cannot even find a cemetery now for the second one. Supposedly now Rosalia cemetery. This is the name. Kip Feldman, Evergreen IOOF and Spokane Valley, Maggie's records. I am just concerned for the accuracy and curious what your view is.
Thanks for your help, Rosalie

Re: Adolf Blessing
Hi Chuck.

Can you tell me anything more about Adolf Blessing: Find a Grave Memorial #- 113174435. Buried in St. Joseph Cemetery: Trentwood, Spokane County, Washington State.

I am looking for an Adolf Blessing who was married to my great aunt Rue Ruby Hollinshead. She died in 1948.

I am wondering if this is her husband.

thanks.

Elizabeth

RE: Fred Weber Rosewood
Thank you for the explanation of the evolution of the Fred Weber memorials, Chuck. It isn't obvious from looking at the page, since dates of editing aren't listed. I can see some of the descendants were added in August, but without knowing how the original patriarch's memorial just "appeared", it seems perfectly innocent. Glad that there are protocols and administrators to settle conflicts like this for the good of the users, and also glad that the photo and information will probably be merged and kept intact in some way. I appreciate your elucidation of the details, and your work.

RememberMe
Hessner/Hight plot
This is a belated thank you for photographing the Hessner/Hight plot at Saint Mary of Rosary Cem. It looks like there was no marker, is that correct? I did see what looked to be one stone in that plot. Was it not legible? Kind regards.

I'm afraid I didn't make myself clear in my previous message. I did the research on Sarah Beaver over 20 years ago. The Stevens Co. Historical Society, at that time, told me that Sarah was buried in a cemetery in Kettle Falls that was destroyed and the graves were moved to other cemeteries. They said Sarah's and a few others were moved to Myers Falls Cemetery. I never questioned the information because the daughter she lived with, Prudence Chase, is buried there. This is disappointing because I had planned to link all of her children's pages to hers. I'm doing family pages only, but it's a huge family.

Oh ok. Have you looked at Kenneth's memorial? I've tried to play with it a little. Figuring it out as I go. So how does a person become manager of a memorial? Like my son wants to manage his dads that just died.
