Annamarie Fries Binning
I was wondering if you could make a correction on the memorial for Gabriel Jeremias Fries, Sr. (1880-1958). Alf, Gilbert, and Gabriel are listed as the only sons of Gabriel and Ragna, but they also had a daughter-Annamarie. Her middle name is Berger, although I'm not sure how it is spelled. She used Fries as her middle name, and she married Glenn Alvin Binning. She just passed last week, so her date of death is 2016.

Carl W. Zache
The memorial that you have for Carl W. Zache, #43280971 in Burlington, has an incorrect picture. The picture is of Carl R. Zache, Carl Wilhelm's son. Also you state that Carl W. Zache was born in Chemnitzer Stadtkreis. I have no idea where that is, but this is my great grandfather and he was born in Schrebitz, Sachen, Germany. I also have a memorial up for him, his wife and son and daughter-in-law, which has more information than yours does. It looks as though yours was placed first, but this is my family. Can we come to a resolution here?

Charlotte Nelson
Hi. You have posted a photo of the headstone of Charlotte Nelson. There is no death year listed on the Find a Grave page. It looks like there is one on the headstone, but I cannot read it. Is it possible for you to tell me what that is?

RE: Thomas Connolly Grave
Hi, you gave me the following information last year, Connolly, Mae Veronica (nee Burke)(Thomas M.) (b. 11/21/1896)(D. 11-23-1989)Connolly, Thomas M. (Mae Veronica Burke) (b. 12/19/1903)(d.07-24-1984.

Can you confirm how you know this information and whether these two people are buried in the Burlington Cemetery or another one?

Cheryl Bullis Hipke
Bullis child - Rochester Cemetery
Hi Kristin,

I have been trying to find the grave and info about an entry you added in 2009 for Bullis child at Rochester Cemetery but have so far been unsuccessful. Can you provide me your source and a photograph of the burial site? I do not live in Wisconsin so it is difficult for me to research. I contacted the Sexton of Rochester Cemetery to inquire what the child's name and gender are, but he has nothing listed in the cemetery records for a Bullis burial. Any information you can provide is much appreciated.

Thank you for the important genealogy work you and your daughter are doing.

Thomas Connolly Grave
Hi Kristin

Not sure if you could help or point me in the right direction.

I am trying to find the grave of my great uncle Thomas Connolly who died 24 Jul 1984 in Burlington, Racine, Wisconsin. His wife was called May but not sure of any of her details. Not sure what cemetery he is buried in as he never had any children. Hope you can help or know someone who can!

Art & Ada Schroeder- Oakwood Cem. Waterford.
Thanks for setting up Art & Ida's memorials. They are my distant relatives. Would you be interested in transferring their memorials to me? #52064676 & #52065324. If you could that would be great!! I noticed their son Chester Albert is there too. I'm trying to get as many relatives in my system as I can. Thanks much, Ernie Johnson.

Hannah Freelove Sargent Hewitt Hill
Kristin- After doing some digging online, I have found another link in your Hannah Freelove Sargeant Hill page. Her mother, Lucina "Luceney" Perry Freelove, is buried at Pleasant View Cemetery,Hubbardton,Rutland County,Vermont. Her find a grave memorial # is: 31085458. While searching, I noticed that there is also a Betsey Freelove Peters and her husband Lewis buried at the same cemetery in Vermont. I am not sure if they are related to Lucina.

Tim B.

P.S. The book that I came across online that led to me to discover the connection between Lucina and Hannah was: Commemorative Biographical Record of Prominent and Representative Men of Racine and Kenosha Counties, Wisconsin:
Containing Biographical Sketches of Business and Professional Men and of Many of the Early Settled Families. It is easily accesible(I found it by doing a simple google search of benjamin hewitt rochester! If you are looking for excellent bio info on pioneer racine/kenosha people, this would be the first place to look in my opinion!

Bev Bybee
Maude Stevenson McLaughlin Murrah
Hi.. I'm Maudes grandaughter. Her 1st Husband was Claude Mclaughlin and 2nd was William Murrah. So, I think she should be listed under Murrah. My Mothers name is Alene Bybee born 1922. still living. My uncle Howard sold Monuments all over the S.E. part of Wisconsin. He worked for Mayers Memorial Works for 30 years. I was wondering if you have any information on Claude McLaughlin? He and Grandma were not married very long. They had a daughter, Nellie. He died of a respitory disease. when Nellie was 1.5 yrs. Nellie fell on the kichen floor and injured her spine. She died at 3 yrs. So any info would be helpful about either. They were living in southern Ind or Ky then. I have looked but no luck.. Thanks Bev

I have information to share with you on Hinricher memorials, unless you would rather transfer them to me, as they would be very beneficial to my family's genealogical record.

Althea Treakle-Provost
Tigwell Family
Thank you for your numerous contributions to the Tidgwell family buried in English Settlement Cemetery, Racine County, WI.

I placed a general request for all photos of the Tidgwell graves at this location, about 9. It appears CRichard has taken a few. If you have others, I would greatly appreciate them for my book, "Genealogy Of The Treakle and Allied Families of Ohio" due out in late 2012.

Obviously, your work is a labor of love and I am grateful of your time and effort.

Kind regards,
Althea Treakle-Provost

Julie & Tom York
Hi Kristin, I sent an email, but got no response. I'm desperately searching for my great-grandmother, who died in the Racine area soon after emigrating in 1907. Her half-brother was John Waardenburg, father of the Waardenburgs you have here in Rochester. I'm hoping you can help! Please respond here or send an email - Hopefully, Julie

The info was received from Virgil Schultz, her brother. The parents linked to Mabel, I do not know. Do you have resources to confirm?
