The headstones were cover in grass almost all the way. We uncovered. That whole section the headstones are very bad with almost covered up with grass.

You're welcome -- glad I could help. Headstones for Levi and Louisa Starner (Nelson's parents?) and Nora (Starner)Davis (his sister?) were close by Nelson's grave site so I also took and posted photos for those in case they are of interest.

|Richard Raney||One last remark Mona|
I just noticed that you are a Trout from Indiana. So was my mother. She came from the physician families of William Trout and his son Dallas George Morton Trout of Decatur, Indiana. Doubt you are from that group, but interesting coincidence.

|Richard Raney||Thank You Mona|
It was very kind of you to photograph the grave of my wife's great grandfather William Henry Smith. My wife is descended from his first marriage to Myrtle Marie Rogers. They divorced and both remarried to people who they stayed with and loved them well. I know my wife will be sad to know that William died the year she was born and never knew about him or met him. Now, with your photo, she can finally have that moment.

You are SO VERY WELCOME!! Glad I could help :)!! Thank you for being patient! Some of the Cemeteries are very bad :( Monaghan, Old Settlers...They are not maintained..it is sad. Some of the stones are very hard to read if readable at all, broken... I am trying my best to fulfill requests that i get!

Thanks so much for calling my attention to this picture! I had ended up taking that picture myself several years ago and apparently forgot to remove it from my requests:)) Thanks for the reminder! Have a wonderful day!
