RE: J F English
I am compiling a book/cd/dvd on Confederate soliders from or had connections with Giles County, TN. I am trying to get pictures of their markers and write a short bio on each one. This has been a 4 year long project so far. I should possibily have it completed in the next year and or the year after. I feel that if this isn't done then these Confederate soldiers will be forgotten and they SHOULD NOT BE. If you have any info and J. F. you can email me at horselady602@yahoo.com
Thanks,
Cathy

Oops...not sure what happened on that last message!

Thanks for the note and for clearing up the Martha issue. I've updated Martha's memorial with the photo I took of her marker.

It really is a nice cemetery and well maintained - I assume by the property owners who are adjacent.

Matt

I spent time today in the Harrison Cemetery in Williamson Co, TN. I noticed that the existing memorials were set up by you. In case this is your family, I wanted to let you know a few things.

1) I have added a memorial for every person who has a marker in the cemetery, bringing the current memorial count to 18. I also took photos of every headstone and uploaded them.

2) You created memorials for two Marthas in this cemetery. I did not find any markers for either Martha.

3) Some of the information that is incomplete on your memorials is available via the markers. Once again, if you are family and interested, you can now add or update the memorials using the photos.

4) I took many more photos than I have uploaded. You can view them here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/bradleysix/sets/72157627508354941/with/6130533633/

5) If you have any other questions about this cemetery, please don't hesitate to ask (sempereformata[at]yahoo.com). In terms of registration it is now essentially complete.

Have a good weekend!
