Hi, it seems we share Michael as a 5th great grandfather. I come down from his son John (1785-1850). What line are you from?
Nice to meet you cousin.
Cheers from Wisconsin,

There must have been a glitch on Find A Grave because 2 death certificates were added to her memorial. Please leave one of them because there are some people that can't afford Ancestry and this is my way of sharing with others. Thanks!!!

I have already placed a photo of the Tombstone for Lavina. Are you looking for a better photo? I can go back out and try in a better light?

|Boyd||RE: Re Alfred Terry Sutley|
Sorry it to me a little while. As I said Terry was a friend of my husbands, so I wasn't to sure where he was born. Knew his father, Alfred W., was in the army but didn't know where they were when Terry was born. His fathers records show he was in the service starting in 1942-1945 then again starting in 1949, so that would put them still in Kansas when Terry was born. I found family trees with that also. His mother, was from Russell and father from where my husband was born, Speed. So I am not sure what town or county. Terry lived with his grandparents off and on a lot of his life, especially after his mother died in 1955 and until his father re-married. His grandparents lived in Speed. Terry died in a plane crash in a remote area of Wyoming, Washakie County between Worland and Casper 27 days before my husband. There are newspaper articles on the crash and search for Terry and his passenger. Terry was cremated and his stone is by his grandparents and an uncle in Fairview Cemetery, Phillipsburg, KS. as you know. He was survived by a sister and a daughter. I have his obit. His sister call my husband and sent one, but I can't find it right now. If I do and it mentions where he was born I will let you know.

|Boyd||Re Alfred Terry Sutley|
Thank you so much for adding the picture. Terry died in a plane crash about 3 weeks before my husband. His sister had called to tell him that Terry had passed. Of course I can't find any pictures of him though they were best friends, who always made connection, though though Terry was away with his family most of those years. After he returned to Kansas we would see him often and spend time playing Battleship into the wee hours of the night.

|Jerry Helm||RE: Bertha Shiffer|
Irvin Shiffer died in 1958 so there is no way that he could have married Bertha in 1970. Does the tombstone identify either one of these people? That would help. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Was Clifford scattered at Evergreen? I do have a photo of the area with signage, but no marker is posted for him.
Let me know if you would like that photo posted or not.
