RE: Two Pauline Arcements
You are much welcome. This is/was not my family. I did a search for Pauline Martinez before I added the photo to Roselawn. When I noticed that the dates were the same. The lights went on and now, it's straightened out. Thank you for your contributions to find a grave. I know it helps me and other researchers a lot. Thank you.

Karen Allen Rink
Mrs. Ella/Ellen Flinn
On Ella's Find A grave I have connected Robert, plus added her obit.

On Ancestry I have a Family Tree Allen Bentall with more information on her.

Basically, I believe she was married to a Wm. McAllister, do not know her maiden name. She had a daughter, Mary Gertrude McAllister born Nov 1886 in Kansas. I have a page from the Reno County Marriages for Mary and McAllister is the way she spells her last name.

Mary G. 1st marriage was to Leo J. Martin, in 1908. 2nd marriage was to a Mr. Warren, unknown date, she died in California in 1973.

If you any questions let me know, thought you would like updates on this family.

Flinn family

George Flinn's parents are buried in the Lerado Cemetery, Reno County, Kansas. Today I posted their stones and information.

If you could connect George with his parents these are their Find A Grave Memorial numbers. Robert H Flinn #105649263 and Rachel Clara Hunt Flinn #105649355.

My line is through Rachel's sister, Emma Hunt Allen.

Modified article
I have the original article and initially tried to posted it. Find A Grave sent me a message that the article was not politically correct so I corrected so that it would pass their filter test. Jane

RE: William Means
I hate it when we're not able to come thru with a request. We very much love doing this. There are quite a few "Means" in the books, just didn't work out for William. I hope you find him.

RE: Daniel Sweany
Hi Andrea,

Thanks for your message. Daniel Sweany was my great-great grandfather. There are some pictures of him with his son Frank that my sister has. I'll try to get copies from her and post them on his memorial. My great agrandmother was his daughter Mary Elizabeth. I have a lot of pictures of her and her descendants. If you're interested in those or larger copies of anything I have on the memorials, let me know and I can email them to you.

I have genealogy from Daniel back to Ireland. I don't have anything on Frederick other than a birthdate. Wasn't Anna Maria Roope his mother? Maybe we can an exchange genealogical information. I'll send you my email address.

RE: Theodule Cancienne
You're welcome. It may turn up eventually. If it was in disrepair, the cemetery workers may have moved the remains & if it didn't have a plaque, they likely didn't make a note of it like they have when others were moved then demolished. Instances like these are frustrating, you'd think that if the cemetery is a historical landmark, they would try to preserve it.

RE: Myrtle Tilton
She could be your Myrtle. I am not related, so, I have no inside knowledge. I just found the obituary and thought I added it to the correct record on Findagrave. Do I need to delete the obituary?

Althea Kimes Gants Reed
I found a note on a genealogy web site that Althea and Benjamin Reed had one child in Iowa. She died and Benjamin married again and Benjamin died in Texas. Does this agree with your notes? Sangamon County, Illinois is difficult county to work in. It took me many months to find where my great great great great grandparents were in that county but I finally found them. Do we know what religion William Gants was and what town or township they were in?

RE: Daniel Gants
Thanks so much for information on Daniel. I have added this to his site and I have also given credit to you for this in case anyone has questions. Do we know where Daniel's parents are buried? I have members of my own family in this county in Illinois. There is alot of history here because people came out of South before Civil War started and settled there. Richard. If you do not want your name on site for providing additional info, let me know and I will take off.

RE: Daniel Gants
Unfortunately, you are not a descendant of Daniel Gants--his sister is your 3rd great grandmother. I would be happy to add more information about Daniel and I have already linked him to his sister Charlotte Melissa Gants Carter. I follow the find a grave rule of transfers of parents, grandparents & great grandparents as well as first generation brothers and sisters. In addition, I do not like to separate family members in transferring one member of the family only. On the older sites of people before 1850, there are most likely many descendants of these people and I believe they should go to their living blood descendants. I also watch after Civil War veterans and their families and this site has the potential of being sponsored by me. As I said before, I would be more than happy to add bio information and make additional links to other members of his family.
