The memorial in Oakland is exactly as you state with no changes required. Wife of Andrew. Daughter of Charles and Katherine Lange. Her mother's memorial is also correct. I do not understand what you want changed. Thank you.

Grace and Laura are in a nearby section called Vesperland. On Friday I was concentrating on the Eventide section. Next time I head out there I will look for the two sisters unless another volunteer gets there before me.

Hi Dorrie, Just uploaded your photos for you. Added a landscape as well as, a tight of head stone. Plus some extra information "as captions" (plot etc) for your memorial pages, which you can view when you click an image.
It has been my pleasure.

Pay it forward. . .don't know if I enjoy posting photos for others. . .or when someone posted my great grandmother's gravesite that I had been hunting for years! Happy Spring!

It was a little cool and windy, but very sunny this morning but I was able to find 4 gravesites before I had to get home and keep working on the bathroom remodeling. It's now sixty outside.

Sorry, Dorrie! I guess I just assumed that since you'd been around for a while that you would know. That's my fault for assuming! Anyway, you can add whatever photos you like. As for SAC, that means "Suggest a Correction". You start out on the memorial page, and click on the "Edit" tab on the right top corner. It gives you a place to make a suggestion for a correction or to add additional information for a bio on the deceased (also obituaries). You can use this feature on any memorial that you would like to see changes made. Also, I would suggest that you click on the box to "send a copy" of your suggestion to yourself. That way, you can keep track of your suggestions to see if the corrections are being made. We are supposed to make any reasonable addition or corrections within 30 days. You do not need anyone's permission to add photos, but there is a limit of 5 photos, unless the memorial is "sponsored" in which case the limit is 20. You can get more information on all of this if you click on "Help with Find A Grave".
So please feel free to use these features. If you have questions that are not answered by "Help with Find A Grave", you can always go on the Discussion Forums and ask there. Members are always willing to help.
I look forwarding to hearing from you regarding the Lawrences, and I am glad if I have been of some small service to you.

Hi Dorrie. Can you please use the SAC feature to send the info and obit? I do prefer to keep all my Find a Grave stuff either on the message board or by using SAC.

Hi Dorrie. I am about to fulfill your photo request for Hugh Lawrence and just wanted you to know that yes, he is buried next to his wife and son. I created memorials for them and added info and photos. The Calif Death Index for the years 1940-1997 do not have anything for Marybelle, and her stone does not have dates. I will ask at the cemetery for the date of interment. They do not record dates of birth, but the age at death, so I will see what I can find out. Her maiden name was taken from the Calif Death Index re: their son, George. Their daughter, Eileen Cooper, was not buried anywhere near them. Please contact the cemetery to see if she is buried somewhere in the cemetery, but keep in mind that with a common name, unless you have a year of death, you might find a different Eileen Cooper here. There are over 300,000 burials at Inglewood.
If there is anything else I can do for you here in Inglewood, just let me know.

You're welcome. This area is under construction. They are raising all the headstones to be level again and it will be months before the grass is replaced. I can take another photo for you after the grass is replaced if you want. Just let me know.

|Vera||RE: Waltons in Lamont Cemetery|
Dorrie, The dates are correct for Frank's parents and that is why I believe they are buried beside them in the unmarked graves. There is a large empty area there with plenty of space for two or more graves. We, my husband and I, took a picture of the plot area if you want me to add it to the memorial. I never understand why there are so many unmarked graves either but we have found a lot in our ancestor lines also. Some of the families have had 9 children and no stone on their parent's grave. Let me know if you want me to add the picture. Maybe the next time we go to Lamont, I'll see if there somewhere(City Hall)that we might find a listing of the cemetery with the plot locations. Vera

thank you Dorrie for correcting the info on my grandparents' mini-memorial on here. I have just found this site and when I initially read it and saw that my mother was not listed as one of their children, I was heartbroken. So I thank you so much for correcting that...Janice Land
