I have seen your photo requests for this cemetery. Please contact the cemetery office at the number on their main page to get the exact grave locations. With over 7000 burials, it is necessary for the exact location and the secretary will not give out locations to photo volunteers (she feels it's a privacy issue). Once you have the locations, I will get you the photos. Thanks!

RE: Mark R Callahan
Glad to have been of assistance. I did note, and request that find a grave combine the entries for MR and Mark R Callahan. They are one in the same, it just happens his original tombstone was left after the new stone was added.

RE: Davis Photos at Bear Creek Cemetery
Yes it was heavy, my wife and I moved the broken pieces and then placed them together. You can see her fingers in the photo holding them all together while I took the photo. I was glad that I could help you with your search and clarify the birth month for you.
thx, Mike

Do you know where Fielding Lewis Fox is buried. I believe he died on 7 March 1909 in Red River Co, Tx but I have not been able to locate a grave. Thank you for any help. Nina Faye Lyons Tarver

RE: Bradford Smith Marker/Cove-Kendall
No the marker is not on the ground. It is raised about 6" - 8". I didn't look underneath the plate, but I assume that there is one center metal stake. I will send the full picture to your email. His marker is directly opposite his son, Lark (Larkin) and wife. Linda

RE: Verda Tudor photo
The marker is extremely dirty. It was buried in blackland mud. I dug it out as best I could, but the mud was still wet. I may be able to get a better photo when it dries up some.

It really had a special touch seeing them being together like that. I always wish I could hear their stories. I do this as a hobby, and see and fix a lot of broken monuments. I have one more picture I'll try to send you. Thanks Mark

I had a great day searching for cemeteries, and found Yellow Creek Cemetery. It was a nice country Cemetery, and was a very special monument. Thanks Mark

If you click on the picture for Irene, the caption says that there is no marker; she is on the end of that row where pic shows.

Theodosia Chilson
Today, I was at Brooks Cemetery & even though snow partially covered many gravestones, I could not find any Chilson names nor Safford.
Best time to look when all the snow is gone - in the Spring.

Photo request
Took photos of Oylers Chapel today. Will add photo tomorrow. Met one of your relatives who wanted to know who was asking for the photo. She didn't give me her name, but she is a granddaughter of Creed Robertson. She said they have a family reunion of Robertsons every year, third Sat. of July.

RE: Core Photos
Thank you for your kind words. I just wanted to let you know that the cemetary is really overgrown and was glad I went at this time of the of the year. Most of the weeds and other vegetation has died off which allowed for the nice pictures. I was really suprised at the excellant conditons of the stones. I talked with the lady whose property this cemetary is on and she said she is going to approach the Boy Scouts and see if they would like to take it on as a community service project.

I wanted to let you know that I have seen the website for Robiso & Blythe Genealogy and I went through all 64 pages and found all of the grave sites that are close to where I live and I have located the grave yards on Google Earth. I am planning on going tomorrow to see if I can get them all as it is supposed to be really nice out tomorrow. Some of the graveyards appear to be on private property and one location looks as though it has a gate a the front of a long drive way. Hopefully they will have the gate open otherwise I have found a back way in and even though they are suppose to by law leave the gates open so people have access to the grave sites that doesn't mean it will be. So if I have to go in the back way I am taking my chances, because around here you never know if someone will shoot at you if you are on there property. But I will try to get what I can.

I have a question for you. In the Core cemetary I saw several grave sites for a Graham Family. Is there any relationship to you with that family? Also, I found no Blythe family members headstones in the Core cemetary. I was wondering where you got the information that they might be buried there. I plan on taking all the pictures I can when I get into some of these grave yards that are on priviate property and then I can email them to you and let you seperate out what you can uss if you would like for me to.

Well I have written more then I than I planned, but I just wanted to let you know that I am willing to help you in this process. I know who important it is to people as I know how it makes me feel when people do it for me. I am glad to be of service to you and consider it a priviledge to be able to help you out in this way.

Gene
