Hi Tami. First of all, thank you for all you do here on Find A Grave. It is appreciated by me and many others.
I was curious to see if you would transfer my Uncle Harold 81558194 and cousin Lawrence 81558198 to me.
Either way, thanks again for your efforts!

I noticed you added names to this cemetery. Do
you have any idea if these folks were buried
somewhere else when they closed the cemetery or
are they still there and not marked?

Bless you for being proactive in creating a site such as this. I have been able to pay my respects to a man me and my sons hold near and dear to our hearts. Thru the years we lost touch with him and after he took sick, I was unable to find him to let him know all the things I left on his memorial page. I can now also make strides to visit his final resting place and pay my respects.
Thank you so very much. This one a great father figure and an awesome man. We loved him very much! And still do.....he had nicknames for me and my sons and NEVER called us by our birth names..lol....his friends didn't know our real names for the longest times....he affectionately called me Baby, my sons, Elroy and Ham...(smile...tears)...we miss him.

|Mary E. Warner||Orien and Josephine Simmons|
Has a mix-up occurred? Is Josephine Simmons #67686036 (which you transferred to me) actually buried in the Jefferson City, Missouri, Jefferson City National Cemetery instead of the Gettysburg Nat'l Cemetery in PA? Her husband, Orien (linked) is placed in the Gettysburg Nat'l Cemetery in PA, also. It was pointed out to me that Orien W. Simmons is on an official list as being buried in Missouri, with an identical headstone photo. Thanks for helping me out with this question.
