Winfred Clara Pritchett
Please put in the wording that she was cremeated at Greenwood but her remains are not at the cemetery any longer. Volunteers keep going to the cemeter to look for her grave. The memorial is allowed, but you need to mention she was cremeated. Thanks.

Clara and Leslie Shaw
Do you know where they are burried. They both passed in Phoenix, Arizona, Leslie 5/1977, and Clara 1/26/1976. Clara was Winfred daughter.

What about the 1900 Federal census where it also states a 4th child named Ruth who was born in Nov 1891. That could be where the confusion is on the death of Winifred Clara born 12/22/1888.
Did Ruth pass after 1900 but before 1910. Thanks.

Alma Jon Chumbley
Alma was my husbands grand Aunt. I knew Dovie very well. I never got to meet Alma, but saw many photos of her. Did you want to add the information from the 1940 Federal Census to her. She is with William and 3 of their children in Yavapai, Arizona.

Just in case the following message did not go through on the Edit function...

Thanks for entering the updates.

Just one item... he was born in 1846 rather than 1850 according to the date on his stone (I thought there was a photo of it posted here before....and I also checked Arms Cemetery records) and according to the family history provided in Lois McClellan Patrie's "History of Colrain" (she probably got the birth date from the stone).

Do you have info that supports the 1850 date?

Hi Glen,
I went to City Hall yesterday to see if I could find out where Julia died but no luck. If she died here there is no death cert. for her.
If I find anything else I will let you know.

I believe Palm Springs District Cemetery and Desert Memorial Park are one and the same. I checked the addresses for both.

Grave photo
I e-mailed you the photos I took if his grave. He had no headstone, just the family stone. I took two photos. I couldn't get them to add to his memorial page, so e-mailed them to you to do as you please. Take Care & God bless!

A Marine's Daughter
Well, that family headstone photo didn't turn out so well. I must have hit a wrong button on the digital camera I've had for two years and still don't know all about. It was blurry. So, I'll get that when I go back when the snow melts. And, make sure it is good before I leave the cemetery. Also, I was looking at the photo you have of him on his page. The photographer was from Boulder, MT. That's my hometown, so I got a kick out of that because there hasn't been a photography studio here for many decades.

George Pritchett
I was in Mount Moriah Cemetery today and located where George is buried. There was a family stone for Pritchett and Finerty. On the Finerty side was Edward Finerty. On the Pritchett side was a huge snowdrift! I will get back later this spring when it is hopefully melted! I will post a photo of the family stone that I did take. Also, the cemetery office has him listed as Section A3 and then 2-11-1.

Take Care,

Glen - you are very welcome. The cemetary is not far for me so it was a nice way to spend one of the last nice fall days....

I have added the photo request for Charles you had requested. I also came across two other Marble headstones in the same cemetery and have added those for you as well, in case these were related.
