Ms. Peg,
I don't think I ever said thank you for sending flowers to my mother's memorial on Find A Grave. Your sweet and kind words are still appreciated today as they were two years ago. Knowing that she was kind to people in middle school when her life at home was complete chaos lets me know that she was rising above her "lot" in life even at a young age.

Thanks for the response, though. I've since noticed more of your flowers. All are appreciated. Good luck with all your researches, and please let me know if I can help.

A belated thanks for flowering GRHelsleyJr. As you saw, he doesn't receive many. I need to make more effort to flower my own memorials. I knew Dr. Helsley personally, as it happens. I wonder if you can tell me anything more about him. Did you know him at all?

Tom W. Warren
I noticed that some time ago you placed flowers on Find A Grave memorial no. 29129073 for Tom Warren (1862-1898). Is there any chance you know more about this Tom Warren? If so, I would love to hear from you.

This is my grandmother's grave. I am trying to trace her family. I dont know how/where she met my gf Jacob Loeb because Lilly was born in Brooklyn, New York. Thank you for leaving flowers. They were deceased before I was born. My dad Jack Loeb passed away in 1968.

RE: John Swanger
I apologize for referencing John Swanger, guess I was doing too much that day! What I should have referred to was Eber Adam Long #92400468 and Lenora Swanger Long #92120649. They had a daughter, who was my great grandmother, Winifred Druesilla 2 July 1887- 16 September 1968. Thanks

Trevis C. Bogue #92802533
I believe you have Trevis C. Bogue listed in the wrong Forest Hill Cemetery. You show him as being buried in Forest Hill-South and that cemetery was not established until 1962 (he died in 1940). I believe he should be in the Forest Hill-Midtown Cemetery, which is the original Forest Hill Cemetery.

RE: irvin swanger
Yes I have, years ago. He actually gave me the information on the family line back to the 1600's and is actually about my 4th cousin, some removed. I had many of the books also. I recently discovered my father was not a Swanger after all. Elmer Swanger and Alma must have adopted him. My DNA research tells me he is the son of Leslie and Rena Taylor. At least thats what I gather based on matches of trees and dna.

Thank you though, for your thoughtfulness :)

Hi Peg,
I seen you left a flower on Walter Shepherd page. I am looking for Walter Shepherd. He is my great grandfathers brother. I know that some of my Shepherd side moved to west Tennessee and they still reside there... I am wondering if you are a relative and could confirm that this mite be the Walter Shepherd I am looking for.
Thank you, hoping you are having a wonderfull day

Mary Thomas Babb
Hey Peg......Mary Thomas Babb was my mother's Paternal Grandmother. Her Name was Helen Babb Bushnell. I just started looking into our family heritage. It is so much fun and interesting. I am Charlotte Rene Bushnell Schweter and I live in Round Rock,
TX. I grew up in Memphis. I actually remember my mom talking about Aunt Bertie ( I think that is your great Grandmother.)I read the article about Edward L Jones. I had heard stories about him and that he was a cousin to Nathan Bedford Forrest. I don't know if that is true but you know how family stories are. I did not know her died in a gun battle, but I did hear that the Babb boys were rather wild. I went with my mom to Chams home. You seem to have put a lot of work into the geneology of our family. Thank you. Do you have anything earlier than Edward Jones?

I noticed you left flowers on the memorial for Lottie King Gitter. Is she an ancestor of yours? If so, do you know who her parents were? I believe she MAY be the daughter of Minnie Moore King and Johnson King, but need to confirm. THANKS!

Peg : Just an FYI to let you know Allan (my Dad) is very much alive. He is remarried and living in Kingfisher. When my mother died, they went ahead and added his name to the monument - but as of 1/17/2015 - he's still with us and has only recently retired from the FAA :).
