I found my grandfather's obituary with mass at the Church of St. Gregory The Great. Would they have 1947 records; he died at my aunt's home.
Also, I placed a photo request of aunt/uncle at St.Mary's but no volunteer has taken photos for a year. Thanks.

|Carol VA||McGowan and Brunner Family|
My grandparents, Joseph T. Brunner d. 1947; and Hannah Farrell Brunner,d.abt.1915; they lived in Harrison, New York. I have been unable to find their cemetery. Do you know of a cemetery near Harrison that I could research. No records through the clerk's office in that area.
Their daughter, Teresa A. McGowan and Husband,
Harry J. McGowan are buried at St. Mary's Cemetery in Rye Brook. Would it be possible to obtain photos of their gravestone(Memorial #
134580991 and 136369338. If you have any other photos of St. Mary's, I would appreciate them.
Thank you for your assistance. Carol

I was just checking my wall messages and hope I responded to your message about adding more Pierce memorials. I will definitely check it out. My 4th great grandparents and 5th great grandparents (Pierces) are still an unknown burial out in Westchester County but I hope someday their burial sites will turn up. My great grandmother, Isabella Pierce Foshay, had no luck finding them which I discovered in her notes. Being Quakers, I gather some Quakers preferred a blank stone so who knows if that is the case. I am ever grateful for you and others who have diligently spent the time visiting and documenting graves.

Thanks for responding. So still up in the air about her. Guess I will need to make a few phone calls to verify if she is my Anna.

I was wondering is there any other information on her. I believe her to be the daughter of Jonathan S Searles # 26133918 and Jemima Ett Brady Searles # 26133890. Just thought I would ask in case this is her married name.

Elizabeth was a second wife and there were no children. Am not sure anyone will be asking about her. Thomas' first wife had a Bloomer mother and her father was a Rev War vet.
It is fine with me to send any injuries any my.

You've definitely been busy! If you come across Caleb Pierce and his wife Hannah Halstead, I will be overjoyed. My great grandmother never learned where they were buried. His father William Pierce is also a mystery.

Thank you so much for doing the correction so quickly. I would be happy for you to transfer the memorials to me if you would like. Harriet died tragically in a car accident in her 40's and I've always felt like making sure she is remembered in the family.
Thanks for everything you've contributed!

Thank you for making all of the edits!
I have not had success with contacting the admins. I tried twice to log in to the forums, but no luck! I entered my information for a new account and it said that it would email me with a confirmation, but no confirmation ever came. Do you know how to get around this?
