Hi Trish, There is a request for a photo of his stone in DuBois Cemetery, NE. His obit has that he is buried in Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, which is in SeaTac, King County, Wash. You can use the "Edit Cemetery" click on and put him into that cemetery! I sent an email, but I'm never sure that sends right on my end. Thanks! Luella

Actually, I apologize, I sent the wrong message to you--I posted a second message right away--I did get a picture of the headstone--just having issues downloading it to findagrave--new computer, new program. Will keep working on it, if not successful, can I e-mail it to you? Kitty

I am happy to do it - my way of "paying forward"....so many have been so good in my family searches!
Please feel free to use the photo ANYTIME and ANYWHERE you wish. I have no feelings of copyright....figure they are YOUR relatives and I just helped you "find" a photo of them.

you are welcome. I just happened to be out there today at the cemetery looking for the grave of a friend and saw a new marker and photographed it, I didn't even know it had been requested so I did a good job!!! Glad I did it...

Went to Gowdy Reformed Cemetery in Xenia today and the grave you wanted a pic of didnt seem to be in the cemetery. This cemetery is in extremely poor condition. The only maintenance being done appears to be occasional cutting of the grass.

Trish: Arn't all Smith's related? Actually I have no idea whether this Smith is a relative. I have done little genealogy on my husband's side because his grandfather (Smith) was a mystery. Thanks for being part of Find A Grave -a fun and informative website. Claudia

Hello - Your memorial to Grace Fern Boyd-Booton Johnson is incorrectly listed in Endresen Cemetery, Kandiyohi County, MN. The Endresen Cemetery is the site of the Lars and Guri Endresen cabin in section 19, Dovre Township where the Sioux Indians attacked the Endresen family on August 21, 1862, killing Lars and his son Endre Endresen. The two were buried on the spots where they fell, and are the only two who are buried here, and are the only two that should be listed in this cemetery. Thanks.

|Jodi McDonald||John Callhoon Wangeman Jr.|
I am a descendant of John Callhoon Wangeman Jr. I have the birth certificate for his son (my grandfather) Robert Elee Wangeman.
John Callhoon Wangeman Jr was born in Richmond Virginia on May 24, 1833. HE was married to Mary Ann Smith Wangeman who was born in Independence Missouri on March 10th, 1847.
I can trace the lineage back to me, but I can go no further back into the John Callhoon Wangeman lineage than John Callhoon Sr. I do not have the name of his wife or his birth place. I have contacted various Wangemans in the U.S. and none of them trace back to John Callhoon. I'd love more input if anyone has it.

|Brandi Lechleiter||photo request for James Aldridge|
I claimed the photo request you put out for James Aldridge b. 1852, d. 1909, but when I got to the cemetery there was a fresh snowstorm happening, and had to turn back. It is not normal that the snow comes down to this elevation, but the cemetery is down an old dirt road that had a few inches of mud and snow and I was in a Prius. If the photo request is still open around Christmas, I will try again at that time.
