Please transfer management of this to me. I would love the challenge of going deeper into her ancestry. She is my late husband`s great great grandmother. Thank you.

Do you know why he is listed as William on 1860, 1870, and 1880 census records? Apparently he has the same wife and children and mother. thank you, Wayne Foster

RE: Martin Horan
Hello. No ma'am, I am not related to Martin Horan, no need for a transfer. I was just out in Calvary cemetery (within Crown Hill) and took photos of the Horan's plot, thought I would send you a note that he is in the Catholic section, Calvary cemetery, if you could move him, please. I also sent an edit for him to be linked to father Thomas Horan. I do have Thomas Horan and his daughter Maggie Horan's memorials, if you would like a transfer of them? Let me know :)

I do not have rights to this memorial and cannot make any changes to it. I have no idea how this obit got on this memorial.

I have asked the owner to remove the obit. Thank you for letting me know.

Thank you for letting me know you found another Edna Kiser, puts my mind at rest! Again, thanks and I appreciate it. I "meet" the nicest people in genealogy!

Kiser - Wilcox
I think Edna was Ned Elmo Wilcox's 1st wife. The 1940 show the 2nd wife as living in rural Oklahoma in 1935. (Edna L. Kiser Wilcox committed suicide in 1938.) Perhaps she had a short marriage to Roy Joseph McNabb in 1931?

Lady Nic
RE: Sponseller
Colleen, she is not on the cemetery list I was working from, but if her death was very recent then she wouldn't be. I don't find social security death info for her. Do you know when she died?

Nancy Ladd
Memorial 76290040
Dear Colleen,
I received your suggestion to change the name on this memorial to Minerva Ella Grinslade. Here's the problem. I posted this memorial, as well as a number of others, using information given to me by this lady's descendents, and they never once told me anything about anyone being named Minerva. Do you have any documentation or source document that I could use to show them that her name actually might have been something other than what they think? Please let me hear from you. Thanks. Nancy

RE: Find A Grave Memorial# 39370260
Hello again Colleen. I would like to see if you could share some information with me on Mahala's family. Most of what I have is just what I have been able to gather online and not very much from Luther as he wasn't close to where I live so I bet you have a lot more information and pictures than I have. I would appreciate any information you could share on the family. If you could email me any information would be great. Again thanks in advance for you help on this.

Hello again. I would like to see your information on gedcom on the family. I wish I could get a copy of the pictures you have of the family. I don't have anything like that. Could you scan and email pictures? I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance for your help.

it sounds like you have more than I do. other than Louetta I don't have much else other than Maud and I have little on her. I can email what I have on Louetta if you want it. I'd like to see what you have also. It's good to know family.

Hi Colleen, I got your message for the Tennison family, Nancy & Benjamin, however, to put any info on the memorial, please use the edit button and send the info to William Yates, as we transferred the maintenance over to him. Thanks, Pat

The info on the memorial for John Thomas Davis came from his death certificate recorded in Book 17, Page 235 and from the Angels Mortuary Book 8, Page 131. His mother's maiden name was Elliot and my guess is she was Sarah Elliot and his father was likely Walter Davis.

A small world indeed. I had names for Asberry Benjamin and Cynthia Jane Stafford Chapman and birth years but I didn't have any information for Malahia's siblings.

RE: Find A Grave Memorial# 39370260
Yes, Mary Cynthia was her daughter by Busby and Maud Rheen was William's daughter and they together had Louetta, my great grandmother. Not sure if you knew that there is a link through Maud Rheen to Dixon Durant, founder of Durant, OK.

Yes, Louetta Myrtle is my great grandmother. I'm sure your information is from Luther Singletary, my grandmothers brother. Mahalia is my great great grandmother. My mother is named after Louetta Myrtle.

Thanks for the Kind Words
Thank you for your comment. I did take time to find and link as many family as I could. This used to be fun until I ran into a few meanies who adopted the No transfer policy unless you're a blood relative and can prove it. I still try to keep my side pleasant.

BTW: Which of myour relative(s) are you connected to? I don't have you in my family tree...

RE: Schlepphorst
My husband is a 1st cousin 1 time removed of Gertrude Aquinta Delaney who married John Henry Schlepphorst, 2nd cousin to their three children, but that is as close as I have fond at this time. There are Chapman's on my side, I know Nellie Chapman married Solomon Boltz--I think he was in the 4th cousin give or take connection area, so not real close but none the less there.

RE: Frank Ola Gray
Hello, I looked but someone must have taken it off because there is only one listing now. I haven't added information for a couple of years because I was new at this and did not know about "cemetery walkers". I would go and check to make sure they were not listed but then it ended up there would be duplicates later on. So I just quite adding information.
Thank you and sorry I am just now checking this...I really did not know how to go back in here and edit. Someone emailed me with instructions. I am a newbie at all of this. Blessings!

Re: R Edna Gilbert Williams
Hi Colleen! I got your edits on her, but you sent two. One Rose and one Ruth. I knew it was Ruth but had forgotten to put it on there. She was my Grand Aunt. And actually I think Ruth was her middle name. But I was wondering if you are related?

Colleen, I am happy to update the memorial, but wanted to take this opportunity to say that it is much easier/faster/more accurate if you will go to the memorial, click edit, then fill in the fields as you wish them to be. If you give it a try next time, bet you will like it too! Thanks, Deb
