|Sally Scheer||Vought at North Allis|
Sorry it took me so long to see this message. I have made the date corrections and appreciate I, too, take pictures of stones not of my family. In fact, MOST of the pictures i take have no relation to me. Do you have relatives in North Allis Cemetery?

Hello, no I am not related. I enjoy taking pictures of headstones to complete the memorial. I have transferred Emmet to your care! Joyce Foondle

Mary's stone (opposite side of Martin's) is nearly illegible as it faces the prevailing wind and the cemetery is on a sand ridge so it has been sandblasted for over a century. The inscription is from the Henry County Genealogical Society cemetery book done in the 1990's. I forgot to include Martin's but it is: d. 10 Aug 1893 Aged 91y 8m 10d and it had a GAR Marker but it was missing today.

You might want to check with the Lake Odessa Area Historical Society, they are very helpful.

|Ryan Eberhart||Thank you|
No worries. I was up there last summer and couldn't find her stone. I found the other one, but clearly the years are wrong. I guess the younger is a niece or cousin, but not sure. Will do more research to find out.

Hi Alan, Thanks for the information on the Chopes -- I don't mind making the changes. I've updated their memorials with the information you provided in narrative form. Let me know if you want to add anything else.

I do want to thank you for getting the pic's on find a grave-we have never been to this cemetery.
The next time we are in Michigan we plan on a trip to Ionia Co.
I sent a bunch of info today to you at your hotmail e-mail hope that you received it?
I am now working on the Carter side of the family so there is a lot of history in Ionia Co for this family as well.
I do a little bit each year. Again I will send a long Helen and Ralph Brown info ( Helen was gone before I married my Jim in 1983) but Ralph Brown what a great guy he was --- I loved him to death.
Keep in touch Pat Sparks Brown, Richmond, Ky
