Howard A. Brigden
Might the source consulted which stated that Howard Brigden of the 23rd Ohio Regiment was a spy during the Civil War be cited in his memorial?

RE: Bertha Ann Craver
Actually, (sorry for the late response) the person who placed the photo was not me. I just happened to notice they were duplicate entries.

I saw with interest the photo of the family memorial marker at Fairview Cemetery and just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that the regiment in which he served was the 7th Iowa Volunteer Cavalry. In the caption of the detail photo a blank space had been left for his unit, and thought you might wish to add that info. Thank you for all your hard work - Dean Knudsen

Lulu Falls Cemetery - Carpenter
Hi!! I'm interested in a burial in Lulu Falls, and have been searching high and low for how to contact the sexton. There doesn't appear to be anyone on site, and the librarian was wonderfully pleasant but couldn't help me either.

My ex-husband is connected to the Miles Ransom family, which are buried near the front of the cemetery. In 1899, Miles' son-in-law, George W. Carpenter, died of a Typhoid Embolism in Cleveland, Ohio. Death record states body was taken to Kingsville. I've searched every online cemetery listing I can find, but no luck. I'm hoping George was buried in Miles Ransom's family plot.

thanks for any feedback, I appreciate you taking the time to read this!

RE: Catherine Hickok
Thanks for the Olin and Ormsby obits. Always appreciate receiving that sort of thing. I did keep the dates I originally had for Elizabeth as they are clearly marked on her headstone.

Jeanne McNutt-Jones
Mother and brother
I am a 59 year old adult adoptee whose search for her natural mother is ending for a search for a picture of her grave. Her name was either Celia Jean McNutt or Celia Jean Jones my 6 month old baby brother is buried with or near her in Edgewood Cemetary, Ashtabula County Ohio. They both drowned in a car accident 5-20-1956 she was interred at 2 o clock on 5-25-1956. My mother was born 5-9-1933 my brother Roy Lawson Jones was born 11-12-1955 BOTH deceased 5-20-1956. PLEASE this search started in October 1978 if you help me you are helping a lady who really would appreciate it. You see I am in Florida and chronically ill. This may help me get some kind of closure and sense of inner peace, just to have a picture of their graves. Thank you. My web mail is I also have a facebook page you just like it here is the link
