Prince Fredericks Cemetery in Georgetown County
Hello Leigh -

Just a quick note to let you know that your recent memorial submissions for Prince Fredericks Cemetery on Plantersville Road in Georgetown County
http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&CRid=2192374
have already been submitted in the correct cemetery which is the Black River Church Cemetery on Browns Ferry Road in Georgetown County
http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&GScid=2388013&CRid=2388013&pt=Black%20River%20Church%20cemetery& .

I understand how easy it would be for someone that does not actually live in Georgetown County to be confused about these, as well as many other, cemeteries in Georgetown County. It is even confusing for those of us that do live in Georgetown County.

If you need more reference on these two cemeteries please refer to the Georgetown County Museum Cemetery webpage for Old Gunn Church Cemetery (Prince Fredericks)
http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~scgeorge/cem_old_gunn.html
and Old Prince Frederick Episcopal (Winea Plantation) Cemetery
http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~scgeorge/cem_oldprfred.html .

Please remove your recent submissions to Prince Fredericks Cemetery
http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gsr&GScid=2192374
as soon as possible so other researchers will not get confused as well.

Thank you!

Skinners
The ones below are new, but were all in the family plot.

Walter Davis Skinner (# 73096620)
Billie Castile Skinner (# 73096620)
John Forrest Skinner (# 73096705)
Samuel Benjamin Skinner Jr (# 73097167)
Betty Skinner Turner (# 73097167)
Sarah Anne Turner (# 73097167)

Also updated photos on
Charlotte Cordes Skinner Harvey (# 50566151)
William T Harvey Jr (# 50703809) just family and cross photos as he's probably still living

Then, if you search for all the Skinners in Evergreen, you'll see any others that I uploaded photos to! :)

Enjoy!!

RE: Skinners at Evergreen Cem.
Hi Leigh,

I should be able to make it out tomorrow or over the weekend. A few weeks ago, I had grabbed a few other photos in section GW so I know exactly where it is and it's very easy to walk. I'll get all the Skinners I see there, and then head over to Section S to try to find William.

I'll let you know what I find as soon as I can!

Have a great day!
Keely

RE: Evergreen Cemetery - Jacksonville
I'm going to be making a trip up to the cemetery this week (it's about 25 min away). Just wanted to check to see if you were able to get the burial locations then I can get yours while I'm there!

Evergreen Cemetery - Jacksonville
Hi! I just saw just submitted some photo requests for Evergreen Cemetery in Jacksonville, FL. I would be more than happy to fulfill these requests for you, but I'd ask that you call the cemetery office to get the plot locations since the cemetery is so huge (70K+ burials) which makes it impossible to walk without locations. Their number is (904) 353-3649. They are very helpful in providing the info, but I can only get a few at a time in person. If you could get this and let me know the location, I'll get a photo for you the next time I go there.

Thank you!

Emma Taylor Templeton
I have transferred the memorial for Emma Taylor Templeton to you as requested. I am researching William Rowland Taylor who died in 1899 and married Lucretia Brashears in Spartanburg County South Carolina. Have you any info on William Rowland Taylor? Let me know, Record Hunter.

Sorry they were not that good, but the markers are in bad shape after so many years.

Harvey M. Williams?
Hi Leigh,

I noticed your photographs at Wood Station Cemetery for some Williams family of mine. Are you descended from Harvey M. Williams? I would enjoy corresponding with you.

Rubye Walker
I just called the Donnellon, FL municpal office at 352-465-8500. The person who is in charge of the cemetery is on vacation this week. However, another person said they would look up the information and call me back.

RE: Rubye Lee Quinn Walker
I found out that the cemetery where Rubye is buried is owned by the city of Dunnellon. I will have to call city hall and find out the grave location. There is a person who is in charge of the cemetery, but they only work 1 day per week. The cemetery where Rubye is buried is also known as Dunnellon Community Cemetery.

After I find out how many persons are buried in the cemetery, I will photograph every grave marker and add memorials to findagrave. A worthwhile project for this time of the year.

Rubye Lee Quinn Walker
I received a photo request for Rubye a couple of days ago. I will take the photo if you could give me the location of the grave. If not, I will try and contact a person who has the cemetery records. The cemetery is about 12 miles from my home.

Charles Howard Kitchens # 51897540
Thank you Leigh for including the genealogical info and family links to this memorial and others linked to it. My husbands gggrandfather is also a Charles Howard Kitchens b.1812 d.abt 1880 from the same line. I believe our Charles and yours' father, Boze B. (b. 1801 d 1871) were brothers. Perhaps yours was a namesake of ours (seems to be a family trait). If you would like to compare notes on Kitchens genealogy, please contact me. Thanks again for all your contributions to this wonderful genealogical research tool.
