|Carol Crawford||John d Nicklas - Ferncliff|
I will post the photo, however as it turns out this is actually John R Nicklas - the office pulled original records for me - he was originally entered as John D by mistake this is crossed out and changed to John R Nicklas. Originally he was in an individual grave in sec Z lot 2 row 10 space 12, but when the Nicklas plot was purchased in sec U lot 328 he was moved to be with the rest of the family

I am not sure this is the Lewis Keiser I am seeking but if his wife were there, that would suggest maybe it is he. Thanks for replying.

|Robert Babb||Lewis Keiser - Mount Zion Cemetery|
Hi Steve, I was wondering if you would know if more Keiser graves are at Mount Zion. Lewis may be the father in my family. His wife was Elizabeth. He also had sons Elias and Cyrus that was lived in the same area.
Any info appreciated.

Primarily in Rutledge, though a couple a listed in Oakwood. There is a great deal of my family history in Colbert County where I have yet to visit, so I am anxious to find time to go there myself.

You have a listing but no headstone photo? Is there only a stone with no marker?

You posted the headstone for Emma Susan Goodloe Barton a few yewars ago. I am wondering if you are still in the area and might be able to find her father Albert Gallatin Goodloe. He had a large plantation and is mentionedin the writing "MY COLBERT COUNTY FAMILIES". He was my Great Great Grandfather, with William Paul Goodloe, his son fighting in the Civil War. Albert was in San Antonio during the war, but WP returned to the plantation in 1870 to manage what was left. I thought Albert died in San Antonio but records indicate Colbert County. Please advise if you know anything or could record his gravemarker.
