|James Coston||Wife of Leroy Mills ???|
If ur looking for Mary Ann Spakes Mills, I have put in her fotos over at Coolidge Cemetery.
Is that who U are looking for, or is there another, there was no given name for her on his request.

|James Coston||Leroy Mills, Armour West Cem.|
When I went out there yesterday to get the fotos that U requested, I had my Iphone, not my computer. I was unable to open the "information bubble" and as such, was not aware of the wife request.
I have made a note on my clipboard and will check it out on my next visit.There is an identical type of stone to the left of the tree in the foto. My best guess would be there but as I said, not aware of the request so I failed to que in on that particular stone. However it may be a leap of faith since the official register of the cemetery only lists one "Mills", thats Leroy.

|Billie Miller||RE: C. S. Maffitt|
Nancy 12636836 is already linked to James Ivey Moffitt 41191833. If you will go to this site, you'll see where most of their children are linked to their parents James and Nancy, plus have their own memorial. Your entry for James Ivy Maffitt was before James Ivey Moffitt, but there's too much info already on the newer memorial to transfer, and I don't own any of the children's memorials to transfer, except for Ulysses Sherman Moffitt. When Elizabeth set up the memorial for James Ivy Moffitt, she didn't find him I'm sure, because she was looking for him with his last named spelled with an "o" and not "a". Because of my contact with Stuart's g granddaughter, I knew of the spelling change. Although it's not right since your entry was first, but my thoughts are, for you to delete your entry for James Ivy Maffitt and have Cicero Stuart linked to the newer memorial. What are your thoughts on this?

|Billie Miller||C. S. Maffitt|
C. S. Maffitt 17913647 full name is Cicero Stuart Maffitt and went by his middle name Stuart. Stuart's mother's name was Nancy E. Murphy. My ancestor Ulysses Sherman Moffitt is the brother to Cicero Stuart Moffitt.
On Find A Grave, there are two James Ivy Maffitt's and feel you should link Cicero Stuart Maffitt with the James Ivey Moffitt 17913647 as there is more family information about the children of James and Nancy (Murphy) Moffitt.
As to the spelling of the last name. The Moffitt family in NC, where James Iv(e)y Moffitt and son Cicero are from spelled it Moffitt. When Cicero left NC and moved to Texas, he decided to spell his last name as it was originally spelled with an "a". This information was told to me by Cicero's great grand-daughter. As to the spelling of James middle name, I see it both ways. Some family members spell it Ivy and others Ivey. I don't know which is the correct spelling.
Thank you, Billie Miller (female)

Checked whole section and they are not there. Do. You have dates for them?
Added by Santos on Feb 04, 2013 5:17 PM
I can go back and look. I did see a Robert B Temple buried next to her. I did take that photo if you want to make a memorial for him. I can then add the photo.

I have the fotos that U requested and yes, Claudy is also there along with Elisha & Jane.
I have a question ??
In the same plot is Fannie P. Baggett (1868-1944) along with her hubby and infant child.
My query, does the "P" on her marker stand for Petty (seems logical) since the Baggetss & Pettys are together.
It will be few days B4 I get them posted. I live on a working ranch and we have had severe wind damage to one of our structures, that needs to be dealt with, just a heads up.

Wish I could help you more but the death cert must be incorrect (they are often incorrect), as you see that his gravestone, pictured, is in the Louisiana cemetery.

Glad you put my uncle Mitchell on here. Somebody put his memorial inaccurately on cemetery with similiar name in Gregg County. You have him in the right place. I have contacted the member and let them know they have the memorial in wrong cemetery.
