Walter Ottmar
Hi Amanda- I noticed you left flowers for Walter Ottmar memorial #13587522, buried in Restlaw in Edmonds, Washington. I have added a picture of his marker, and just wanted to let you know. I also just heard they have trimmed all the markers and I will be back at the cemetery this week, and will take more. Let me know if you would like me to send them to you, as I would be very glad to do that.

Cheers from Edmonds, WA
Tami

Epictetus
3rd Request: Florida Ann McNeill Skeen
Amanda?

Are you still active in FindaGrave?

If so, I would appreciate consideration of my request below. Florida McNeill Skeen is my blood relative:

(From previous two requests)

Florida Ann Skeen is nee' McNeill. Could you add family links:

1. Father: Samuel Butler McNeill Find A Grave # 101692039
2. Mother: Francis Palmer McNeill Find A Grave # 57728018
3. Husband: Malcom C. Skeen Find A Grave # 40828828

As well, Florida's daughter is Mary Ann Skeen Mills, Find A Grave 16346559. You also maintain this memorial. Could you add Florida Ann McNeill Skeen as her mother and Malcom C. Skeen as her father?

Or, if you would rather transfer these to me, I will add them. They are my family.

Kind regards,

John

Epictetus
2nd Request: Florida Skeen
Amanda:

Will you mind adding parents for Florida Skeen, as such:

Father: Samuel Butler McNeill # 101692039
Mother: Frances Palmer McNeill # 57728018

As you can see, Florida Skeen's maiden name was McNeill, if you could add that as well.

Or if you prefer, you may transfer the memorial to me (see my FindaGrave # below) and I will effect these changes.

Kind Regards,

LTC John Powell

Your connection to SHOOK
I see you left a memorial message for Allen Shook; I have been searching for a Dorothy WHITE SHOOK, who was a sister to Snoe White. Was this Dorothy White married to Allen Shook? Thanks for your time, MaryinSD

Amanda, you have done an amazing job. The people above are my son's great-grandparents. We have been searching for 20 years in the wrong cemetery. May I have a copy of the headstones? Thank you. Rhonda

Mr. Jean Coston
Frances Sophia Coleman
Dear Amanda
I am tring very hard to get ahold of Carman
(Mildenber) Ad... who put this person in the
IOOF Bickelton Cemetery. She (Carmen) put in
info from the US census. The census has errors
and wholes in it that the obit I have does not
have. If Carman wants to trf this to me, that
would be OK.
This is my second request.
Jean Coston
I am IOOF Odd Fellow. This why I am interested
in this cemetery.

Dania Memorial Park pic
Hi Amanda -
I am developing my father's FindAGrave page and I'd like to replace the picture you put up of the entrance to the cemetery with something more personal. Thank you for putting it up there but I'd like to use that space.
his name is: William Fletcher Brooke, 1915 - 1971. I've already done my mother's page, Emmy Lou Brooke, nee Henke, who was cremated.
Thank you,
Harriett Brooke

MARDELLA LEE
Eugene Theodore "Cap"
Thanks for creating Find A Grave Memorial# 16586837. This is additional information for my dad's Aunt Lola's husband. Can this be added?

Eugene Theodore "Cap" (1876 Cape Canaveral, FL - 1964) and Lola (Saunders) Knight (d. Jan. 1989)
Owner of Club Unique/Cap's Place Restaurant. Son of James M. and Mary (Burnham) Knight. Mary was the daughter Mills Olcott Burnham who was Federally appointed keeper of the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse in 1853. "Cap" ran away at 13 and worked as a messboy on a lighthouse tender. Married Bertha Lydia Armour, the daughter of James Arango Armour. They had 3 children but divorced. In 1916, married Lola Saunders who became a school teacher to children of the Hillsboro lighthouse families. During Prohibition, the couple became rum runners. In 1926, they settled near Tom at the Hillsboro Inlet, but moved inland in 1928. Cap bought a barge that had been used by Flagler in the construction of his Overseas Railroad. He floated it ashore and stripped it, finally turning it into a restaurant that is still in existence. In January 1942, Churchill and Roosevelt met secretly at the Stettinius Villa, located across the Intracoastal and Cap Knight catered the food. The restaurant has a colorful history and is Broward County's oldest restaurant. For more information, see their website at www.capsplace.com.

Louis C. Milton
I just found the memorial for my Grandmother's brother. I would appreciate it if you could connect he and his wife to the rest of my family, as many are already connected on findagrave. Love this site and all the work you wonderful people do. Louis Charles Milton mem#15793536 born 16 Mar 1860 in Ohio and is in Pompano Beach along with his wife Ida Louise mem# 15793536 born 9 Sept. 1867 in Michigan and died 8 May 1944.
I would like to connect them to my Grandmother (his sister) Lyda Milton Corson mem#56964857 in Calif., and their Mother Mary Escott Milton mem#56962019 in Ohio.
One other maybe impossible request. My Grandfather William Hutchinson Corson born 9 Aug 1857 in Lucas, Ohio died 29 Aug 1943 in Ft Lauderdale, Fl, and is suppose to be buried in Pompano, but I can't find him. I never knew him so if there is any chance of locating him it would be great. Yours, Margot Corson Armstrong
