Hi, Brenda,

Yes, that Horstman stone is wrong. If the contributor can't be reached to move it, you can email and they'll take care of it.

I was able to find a more complete obituary for Evelyn, and I sent it to you via the edit system.

There's still a duplicate out there, but I hope the obit will help clear it all up. It is complete, so it should.

I don't have a duplicate. There are two Evelyns; one is yours, one belongs to Dennis Johnson, now managed by D Johnson, created in 2013, two years after yours. Neither of the Horstmans hava a grave recorded in that cemetery.

I'd just get in touch with Glenn. He's easy to work with.

Wascher Memorial Photos
Thank you for adding the photo of the headstone for Ella and Edgar Wascher to their memorials. This is a great service!

How did I do that? I would have to have been blind and stupid! Wait. I've done that before.

Before I kill my Harold, would you please take a look at your memorial? She's a Hoerman, there are no last names on the family stone, and the name on the family stone is Horstman.

This is confusing me. Just double check that memorial if you would. Was it misspelled or something? Or did I really get blind and stupid?

THanks, Brenda! :)

RE: Frederick Tigges obit
Happy to share what I find. He also has a memorial at Oakland, so I was digging to find out what other members of the family are erroneously placed. If I'm looking for one and find six, I'll share all six. :)

RE: Find A Grave memorial for Glen Steir
OK, good, I'll do that in a few moments.

Also, today I did locate the six 'missing' Feltens you and my wife have been discussing. I had been working the rows north-south and had to change to east-west sections and somehow missed them, so i apologize for my oversight. As I walked the entire St. Johannes cemetery today, I can now say that every stone there has been photographed.

Samuel T Lawrence #135984932
Is there a cemetery marker for him here? I am wondering where the information came from? He is somehow related to my Richard S. Lawrence (b. 1871 in Elmira NY, d. 1908 in an accident building a bridge in Indiana, buried with his wife's family plot in Chicago). Any information you can share with me is much appreciated.
Thank you, Judi

Fitzsimmons Family

I would be very interested in what you have. My maternal grandmother was a Fitzsimmons. I haven't gotten my new 'puter installed yet so I must communicate via this way for now.

Anxiously, Waiting to hear from you.

Picture of Graves

Thank you for the picture of Robert and Harriette Turnlund's Grave. I appreciate it very much.

I wanted to let you know that their Surname on the Find A Grave website is spelled as "TURNLAND" instead of "TURNLUND". I am not sure who I should notify of this, so I'm starting with you.

Thanks again for the picture,

Betty (South) Young

Brenda, I found this couple is managed by you. I added a photo of them tonight. I don't know who they were, but on the back was the message "to Aunt Jean". My mother's name was Jean and the photo was in her collection. I wanted to let you know, Darla

Minnie and the Feltons
Thank you for the gift of information you've found and shared to enhance the memorials for family members. Minnie, in particular, brings a lump to my throat. Hers was the first grave I truly discovered unexpectedly in a cemetery on this journey, and having the obituary confirm all that I've found since is gratifying in so many ways.

I am one of the many greatgrands mentioned in general, and that makes it even more special. My only regret is that I have absolutely no memory of this lady.

Thanks, Brenda. :)
