Pleasant Cove cemetery
Are you the creator of this Pleasant Cove cemetery?
http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&GScid=2187383&GRid=15550268&CRid=2187383&

First, Concord Corner cemetery is located in Concord Township and should be separate from this Pleasant Cove cemetery. Could you make that correction. Concord Corner cemetery has about 75 memorials I would like to add. Your 3 memorials for George Littlefield #76731935, Hannah Littlefield # 76731757 and Robert Littlefield #76731564 are correct for Concord Corner cemetery,Concord Township, Somerset county, Maine.

Second, 4 memorials for Atwoods, #'s 15550268, #15550186, #1555286, #15550209 and 2 memorials for Berry's, #32339891 and #32339937 belong to the Murphy(AKA Pleasantdale/Boothby)cemetery,http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&CRid=2286908&CScn=murphy&CScntry=4&CSst=23& and have been added already by Lloyd Dalton, contributor #46971418. So now we have duplicates. You'll need to check it out. Any questions, let me know.
Thanks

This memorial#32341214 for Jonathan is actually in Moulton Cemetery, which I have just created. Would you transfer Jonathan and his wife Lydia #32341246 to this cemetery? Let me know if you have any questions

Happen to transfer. It is always nice to get to know more about our ancestors! If there are others that I have in this line, please let me know and I will transfer. I am not related to this particular family.

Find A Grave Memorial# 43176781 Silas Wing
Hi Raymond,

Silas was my great, great, great, great grandfather on my mother's side. I notice that he is buried in Wing cemetery, so I'm guessing there are a lot of relatives there. Are you related. Do you have any photos I could have? I am tracing my genology on ancestry.com.

Thanks.

Liz Dorsett

P.S. I have Silas's middle name as Bliss, but you have it different. Where did you see his middle name?

Greetings,

I was doing some research on some of the sites I have photographed and believe that this one in Beaumont Texas might be of interest to you. (#25939020). I also came across this memorial (#101304253) put up by another member that you may be interested in. I am not related so if you would like the memorial transferred to you please let me know.

Regards,

S. K. Tolley

RE: Thanks for transferring memorials to my profile
You are welcome. You made it easy for me to find their family when the links were made. I trust they are in good hands. Ginny's obituary can be found online at the Moore Funeral Home website, http://www.moorefuneral.com/, along with a photo. Good luck in your research. Red

RE: Sarah (Wheeler) Read Wing
Hi Raymond, Paul really did exist. He is listed on page 333 in the 1898 History of Wayne, with both wives. I hope you do add him, even if we don't know what cemetery. You can then link Alfred and Sarah to him, and there are two daughters in Harpswell I can try to have linked. Paul's son, William, married Sabrina Berry so they might be in Wayne too.

Someone once edited one of my memorials. They said that it's okay to put previous married names in with the maiden name area. So, Sarah could be Sarah Wheeler/Read/Raymond in that area, if you would like to change that.

This is fun! Have a good Sunday!

Here we go. I think I'm right. Paul Raymond and Abigail's youngest child, Alfred Raymond, is buried in the Wing Ring Cemetery. He died May 22, 1894. He was born June 5, 1808, in Harpswell. Paul and Abigail's two oldest children, sons, both died in 1812 at sea. Hmmm. War of 1812?

RE: Sarah (Wheeler) Read Wing
Hi Raymond, I found some things of interest tonight. There is a Paul Raymond who was born about 1770 in Harpswell, Cumberland County. I'm not sure if he's the right one. This Paul was married to Abigail Mary Thompson, daughter of William Thompson. Paul and Abigail had eight children. The fifth child, William T. and sixth child, Nancy D. were born in Wayne. The family then went back to Harpswell. Abigail died September 20, 1823. I don't know where she died. I found the marriage intention of Paul Raymond of Wayne and Sarah Read of Bowdoinham - February 3, 1828. This information is in the 1898 history of Wayne, page 131. I believe they married March 6, 1828, and then Paul died in Wayne, May 13, 1829. So, could Sarah have married an older, widowed man? She was left with four small children when James B. died. Do you live near Wayne? Paul must be buried in one of the cemeteries there although he is not on findagrave. Of course, he could have been taken to Harpswell. So, Paul went back and forth to Wayne - I wonder why?? I am going to look at this history more closely. I own the 1898 edition - I paid a lot for it!!!!! Let me know what you think, okay?

Dear Mr. Wing, I have been ill lately, and do not know when I will have the chance to review your corrections. Would you like to sponsor the site, or would you like me to try to figure out how to transfer it to you? Tennise

Hi Raymond, First of all, thank you for all that you do! Just wanted to give you a heads up that the memorial for Glenwood Harlan White (Find A Grave Memorial# 46714344) has brother linked as his father. Instead of Stanton Webber White it should be Harlan Orlando White. Thanks so much, Nick

Thanks for your quick response, I had never heard of Polly being a nickname for Mary, but now it makes sense. I have deleted the memorial I added & put the photo on Mary's.

Hi Raymond,
Thank you so very much for the transfers of my grandparents. I am guessing that we must somehow be related since I also have Wings in my ancestorial line through my grandmother's side of the family. Kara

Hannah P. Wing
According to Hannah P. Wing's stone in the Wing cemetery in Wayne, her death year was 1819. If that is correct you may wish to change the year on her memorial, as you have it as 1818. Thanks.
