Hello Ann, you have posted a date of 1842 for William Scofield,it looks to me like 1812 on the headstone. I'm doing research on the Scofield's and I find so many different dates for the same people.I too try to be as accurate as I can. Gloria Scofield Westwood.

Thanks for the Fillow transfers.

In the genealogy book I have there is a record of an interment in the Poplar Plains Cemetery of Elizabeth Fillow wife of Nathan Fillow died March 20, 1781. The book records the tombstone as a slate slab very rudely inscribed.

She is my GGGG Grandmother.

RE: Sarah (Sally) Adams
Thanks Ann, They are in my Nash Family, but kind of out on a limb. I'm trying to add my info to , assist others. Ken

FYI: On the tomb picture you took for William Nash, The other three names are (1)Alva Burr Taylor, wife Prudence Topping, (2) David M. Marvin, wife Mary Taylor, (3) B. L. Waite (no info). Also, SEPULCHRE means a type of tomb or burial chamber and may refer to "The Holy Sepulchre of JESUS" K

Green Cemetery Stamford
How are you?
Iam having trouble finding this cemetery, and the one next to it (Hoyt #2) because...
A. The map on Find A is incorrect.
B. I can't find the cemetery on the maps on Epodunk, Google, or on the USGS maps posted on the. University of New Hampshire website. Or Hagstrom's.
Maybe I should rent a balloon?
Thanks in advance!

I was wondering if this gentleman had a son by the same name? If so did he marry Frances Strong?

RE: Aaron Blystone #12661681
You're welcome :)
You might try contacting the Frankfort Library in Clinton County, Indiana about getting copies of records for you. Their genealogical library is wonderful. Here is the link:

I had made copies of the Indiana Works Project (cemetery) pages while sleuthing my own relatives, and decided to add all I had. :)

Ann: I want to thank you so much for the information on Philander Smith #43109235. I was able to obtain his 1862 photo from Ball State and I have added it to his memorial (see # above). Without your help, I would never have known about it - thank you so much! Also I found info on his ancestor Dr Henry Smith from England - just follow up through the links.

Re: Mary Raymond

I forgot to add to my last message that I have determined that Mary Raymond (your memorial #19939661) is a sister to Deborah Whiting Raymond. Would you also transfer maintenance of her page to me?
