Cindy, I would like to "THANK YOU" for all the research you've done on our family. It took a lot of research, time and effort to accomplish all you've done. I will try to help you more from my end. Malinda and Oliver David Botner had a sister Lydia who married a Speairs. They settled within a few miles of Davis and Malinda Stafford. I went to the remains of their home cemetery and took down the names and dates but unfortunately the research is at the Desoto Co. Genealogy Society I Desoto Co. I think I'll call them in the next few days and ask them for the file. May I ask you if you know where Ralph Stafford's wife, Jane, is buried. I read somewhere that she married a Mr. Henry and moved to Johnson Co. Ky. I haven't found a trace of them tho. Thanks Donna Jamison

If that was one is at Turkey Creek Cemetery, I remember grass partially covering up the stone on one so I couldn't read the name very well.

Cindy, I apologize for not replying to your message written in March before now. I often wait to look at messages, which become buried in a flux of e-mails.
I don't visit Find A Grave very often, but when I do I spend some time there.

Back to your message. Please feel free to use any photos or other other content I may place on Find A Grave. It is public information. Where appropriate, I do believe in giving retribution, giving credit where credit is due.

Again, I'm sorry for the long delay with my reply.

Jackson biography
Hi, Cindy,

Now you need to edit the biography for Samuel Jackson(66587390)and his wife, Margaret (66587401) to reflect that the daughter, Martha, died in 1846, not 1840.
