Steve Burton
memorial dupe
Hi,
Daniel E Mesa is a dupe 58613044. You likely want to remove it; but the original lacks your photo of the headstone.
Best Wishes.

Hey do you live in San Benito County, CA? Because one of my distant cousins died in San Benito County, CA, and I was wondering if you lookup obituaries too?

John R. Carroll Jr. Memorial
Hi, would you consider transferring the memorial for John R. Carroll Jr. in Gavilan Hills Memorial Park in Gilroy to me? (Find A Grave Memorial# 52563716) He is a great uncle of mine and I will then be able to add additional information about him. Thanks so much! Don

RE: Carlos Lopez
Thank you so much for visiting my website and reading about my brother, James Berkeley Norris. It's been a very long road and it's not over yet. I feel in my heart that the person who took his life will be brought to justice. My family is fortunate that we have some very dedicated and highly persistent investigators on the case - the best and the brightest! Thanks again, Adrienne. <3

My goodness, what a wonderful connection this might be. was hoping to find someone from the family who could help with her and with her siblings.
Are you willing to share some information about your family members?
We have quite a number of folks who lived to be very old, what a treat for those of us younger.
My father is 88, but now at a point he does not remember eating lunch, but remembers all the guys in an avaitors club he was in at age 10-12. NEVER KNEW THAT or heard that before--so there are still treats to he learned.

Hi Adrienne! Would you consider transferring your memorial for my Uncle Carlos to me? He was my mother's oldest brother. You did a very nice job on his memorial. I have more photos I can add and other biographical info as well. If you go to my profile and click on my virtual cemetery called **Mi Familia you will find the rest of our family under LOPEZ. His memorial # is 60137449. Thank you very much, Adrienne. ~Rosemary

Hi Adrienne:

I was photographing some graves at Fairhaven Cemetery today and noticed that you had left a flower on this grave. The headstone is very worn, but I have posted it to his memorial. Chris

Joseph Summers
I fulfilled your request for a photo of Joseph Summers gravestone. I saw that his wife was next to him so I also took a picture of hers and placed it in the memorial. I also noticed two other Summers just down from them, John and Edna Summers. I created memorials for them and posted the pictures for them too. I hope this helps.

Hi Adrienne,

I was able to get to the cemetery today, and when uploading the photo, saw that you had already taken one. Glad that it is done. He looked like a nice young man.

Happy holidays,

Diane

Job Huff, the saga continues
I have been up 3 times to the area where Job should be. I have found many of the surrounding markers according to the office and Names in Stone, but Job is not visible. The area is slightly torn up with dirt overturned, but no marker above ground. If you would like me to take a picture of the area, please let me know, otherwise I will let it expire.

RE: Job Huff
You are quite welcome.
Job was not in any of my notes. I did not search in the snow, because a flat stone in that plot, would be impossible under that snow. That is why I gave up the claim. In case someone else, could get up there before I did. Since then, we have had enough rain to melt the snow and I looked for Job again. He does not have a stone. I do not have the claim anymore, so I can not fill it. at least until she cancells, or it expires. I can not reclaim him. I will just post the pic. I have been in contact, with the claim holder. I am going to give her every chance to fulfill it. She just started searching and is doing great. That said, I have a pic of the area, just in case. With no snow. Would be really pretty with the snow. I still do not know why his name is ringing bells, in my head. But I will keep him on check.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU TOO.
HAVE FUN

Job Huff
I claimed your request for Job Huff in the SLC CEM. in D-8.
I have done a couple thourgh searches in D-8 and D-7 plots in the past months. Job Huff is ringing a bell for some reason in my head.
As soon as I find my scribbled maps from my earlier research, I may be able to know if he has a stone at all. D-7 is a pauper plot and it seems to have spilled through D-8. {though the Office does not consider D-8 Pauper plot}. Very few stones and many damaged or unreadable stones. Maybe I am not makeing any sense.
This morning that area was buried in snow.
I am going to hang onto Job Huff claim for the weekend. If I do not find anything for you, I will cancel my claim so someone else can try.
Have fun.

Delmar
I am photographing the entire Taylorsville Cemetery (it's not that big) so today I set out to find Delmar without knowing where he was buried and I said a prayer asking that I would not miss his headstone so I could get a picture for his family.
Well some man was driving by on a very busy street and saw me wandering so he turned the car around and came into the cemetery. He walked over to me with a big book and said who are you looking for and I told him I thought the last name was Duncan (I hadn't written it down). He had three Duncans two were women. So he said well Delmar should be right where you were at. Empty space. He looked in his book and said he didn't have dates but it was a county burial so there would be no headstone. He said it was probabaly around the 70's.
So there is no marker for Delmar, but I did take a picture of the plot area. I am in the process of loading all the pictures now.
