Thank you for transferring John Wisner's memorial to my care. Your hard work with Find-a-Grave has helped me figure out a mystery and bring John home.

It was supposed to say our son. Auto-correct is great, except when it changes word's like that. Take care and Merry Christmas to you.

RE: Duplicate memorial
You are welcome. We were privileged to meet and spend time with her last December when she came to GA for her granddaughter's (our daughter-in-law's) wedding and graduation. We were blessed to greet her again when the children had their renewal of vows and reception this summer. She had become a new grandmother figure for our soon who lost the only grandmother he knew at an early age. So yes, she became "Momsie" to our family, too.

Duplicate memorial
Someone has made a duplicate memorial for Mrs. Riddle. Your memorial for her is #155757723. The duplicate is #155811590. The duplicate is also linked to Mr. R. M. R.

RE: Suggestion for Wiley Hilbinger
Your efforts in transcribing cemeteries are greatly appreciated. Particularly the Baltimore area cemeteries as much of our family migrated from the Eastern Shore to Baltimore. I had assumed Wiley might be in your family. He is actually in my husband's family, though not direct.

Here's a stab at the rewrite, see if it works for you:

Wiley K Hilbinger, a resident of Kentway in Dundalk, Maryland, died on 27 Sep 1981 at Church Hospital in Baltimore. He was 80 years old.

He was born in Sparrows Point, and had worked for Bethlehem Steel Corporation for 50 years.

His wife, who died in 1963, was the former Anne Ahern.

RE: Suggestion for Wiley Hilbinger
Sorry, I have seen many other obits posted that way on Find A Grave, but I should have deleted the living people.

I can rewrite the obit but then what do I do about citing the source? If you would rather not use it at all, that's fine with me. It's your memorial not mine ...I had just thought to help.

I have in my tree the same Elizabeth Dugger (born 1802), but she was married to William Hopper in Columbia, Maury County, TN. Is it possible yours was too? - Patricia

Thank you for photographs of marker
I appreciate you taking the time to visit the cemetery where my great-uncle and his wife were buried.

My family only learned recently where Uncle DeWitt and Aunt Katherine James were buried.

I am grateful for your kindness and know the photograph will be a part of our genealogical records for years to come.
