Hi Gwen,

Would you mind re-uploading the personal photo on this memorial as a portrait, instead of the default of a headstone so this can be illustrated on the listing?

Thanks much,
Sheila

You left flowers on Alsey Humphrey's memorial #15033440 that you created on 24 July 2006 in the message your wrote Remembering you in my heart. Your loving family, Wanda, Dennis and grandchildren would this Wanda be Allsey's Daughter? If so do you have any info on her? I haven't been able to find any past the 1930 census Wanda would be my 1st cousin 1x removed Allsey was the brother of my Grandfather Ray Humphrey Sr.

Thanks Elaine Humphrey-Williams

Gwen, you'll have to "request a photo" on her memorial page. We have a group of volunteers that do the photo taking, but I don't--no camera, etc. Look on her memorial page and right under the picture are two buttons: add a photo and request a photo. There must be a headstone because our group quoted the inscription.

Well, this Old Lady thanks you right back, Gwen! Were there only the two people you wanted to have transferred now? --Kathy

Gwen: It will help me immensely if you would send me a transfer request from each memorial you would like to take over. That way, I can use the links to go directly to the memorial and also have your contributor number for the transfer. I got five messages from you just now, all telling me you had left a message for me on Find A Grave, but my page only shows two so I'm afraid I'm missing some. Anyway, please use the "edit" button on each memorial and just say "please transfer to me" or something like that. Thank you!!! --Kathy

I linked Mary Porter Foster to her father (James Couples Foster), to her mother (Jane Morrow Foster)and to her husband (James Bonner).
Mike Porter (who created James Couples Foster) will have to add James Jr and his wife.

Allsey Humphrey
Hi Gwen:

I saw you made a memorial and left flowers for Allsey Humphrey. He was my Dad's Uncle and I was trying to find out if you are related to him. If so I would love to trade family info.

Thanks

Hi Gwen:

You helped me with my Libby branch a while ago. I added Verna Smith Libby's parents at #51922133 and #51924608 if you want to link her to them.

re: James Cicero Crowl
Thank you for the transfer.

But, I am beginning to feel bad that you are transferring so many relatives to me. I really do hope that you don't mind. I don't want to be stepping on toes.

I only have one Crowl in my family and he was a 'shirt-tail removed'. I just like to link families when possible, or update when I run across something on them.

Lolly

I'll be glad to correspond with you. However, I don't know anything further about Charlotte. I entered the tombstone transcriptions that our local genealogical society had done in 1980. --Kathy

Mimie Brown
Gwen,

Thank you so much for your note on Mimie. I figured it was a nickname. Now can you tell me who the parents of William P. Brown are. There is much I need to fill in.

You can write me privately so we do not take up space in this server.

Mimie Brown
Gwen,

I was at the Elk Falls cemetery today and took photos of all the Browns buried there. I do volunteer work at a Nursing Home in Sedan, Ks. and there is a lady there that is related to the Brown's. I could not help but notice that the name on the stone for her is different than what I am seeing. Is the stone wrong?
