Abraham A Lansing
Husband of Ann Fonda.
Is it possible that his grave says 1829 instead of 1849? Of what is left it doesn't match the other 4 on the headstone. It looks more like the 2. Any idea?

I have a grave picture for Sarah Lansing (1836-1889) from the Dow Lansing plot - in fact, the same stone - in section 107 of Albany Rural. Would you like me to add it and transfer it over to you?

RE: Douw Fonda - Albany Rural
Nope, it was me. For better or worse, the FindAGrave app - which I'm finding semi-useful - allows a user standing on top of a grave to add that grave's coordinates immediately and without any further review, and, unfortunately, without any way of removing them if they're wrong.

Peter Crapo 1758-1836 NY
I have located the son of Peter Crapo & Elizabeth James Crapo ( see Find A Grave memorial #111770808 John Knickerbocker Crapo & #111770870 his wife)
BUT CAN FIND NOTHING ABOUT THE BURIAL OF PETER CRAPO & WIFE, ELIZABETH(JAMES) CRAPO.
When I saw your research on the Knickerbocker family, I wondered why Peter Crapo gave that middle name to his son, John.
Any Clue??? Thanks, Barbara

Mark,
Since you had so much information on your site and he was not a relative, I thought it would be easier to delete mine.
I added my comments in the leave a flower and a note.
Thanks

I guess I did not understand the other notes I received from you shall I transfer management to you will that resolve this issue? I am unsure how to proceed. I've only been doing this for a little over a month and am not familiar with what to do.
I can post the photos to your memorial and you can correct the cemetery name if that would work and then delete the record I have posted.

the inscription is about 1/4 or less of a very large flat stone - I can send you a picture of the whole stone - it is seperated from it's base & on the ground - there may be something of the other side which is face down - renegraverson@yahoo.com

Adella C. Platts Fonda
In reviewing information related to the Platts family, I think you may have some information mixed between Platt and Platss families.

Re: Find A Grave Memorial# 122939623

You indicate that Adella, daughter of David and Harriet Platts. Granddaughter of Peter & Catherine Platts, is buried in South Valley cemetery. However, you also list links to Lorenzo D. Platt as her father. Lorenzo is buried in CT. I think you are correct, based on my genealogical research that her parents are David and Harriet. I think the links to Lorenzo, Harriet Bloomer Platt and listed siblings are incorrect.

Rebecca Amelia
Robert C Bull
Hello Mark
I found your Mother's info(Gloria Bull) while doing a search for my own birth father- Robert C Bull. I am aware he died in 2001 and was searching for relatives. I am Rebecca Amelia, Robert's first daughter with Barbara (Albert) Bull. I believe we are cousins! I was searching because I know nothing of my Father's side of the family other than his parents name & the names of the younger Sisters (Gloria & Phyllis). I barely remember them & a Brother who he called "Jughead"! I also remember his Mother Myrtle & Father Lloyd and have vague memories of her in a wheel chair at a fairly young age. I am curious about medical or hereditary ailments which I might need to know about. And as a side benefit, it would be really nice to know something about my blood line of family on his side. I believe your Mother & my Father are both buried in the same cemetery. When we were younger, my younger Brother Robbie had a friend in school & they realized they were cousins but have lost touch after we left public schools for private. Robert had 5 children before he moved to Mossy Head Florida. All are alive & well. I would love to hear from you. My email address is wellfleetblondie@hotmail.com.
Thank You
Rebecca

Hi Mark. I found a couple of monoliths in the above cemetery. These people were moved from Cohoes in 1890 to make a park. I have posted them in the cemetery.

Greetings:

I have added the photo to her memorial page. She is buried in a plot with her second husband, Benjamin Barrett. He has no page as yet. I took a photo of his headstone as well. Will you be making a page for him?
