Will add another picture, the best I can do. I will also add the additional Seigle's interred in the same mausoleum.

A Long Overdue Transfer!
Today I was reviewing old e-mail and found one from you that I never responded to. You were requesting a transfer of Amanda Gillen's memorial. I'm so sorry for such a long delay in my reply but this was about the time when my daughter started getting really ill and I forgot to flag the e-mail. I'll complete the transfer after I finish this message. Hopefully, better late than never applies here!

RE: Thornton connection
Hi there, Dianne,
Thanks for getting back to me. I really love this website.
If you are interested in some of Samuel Thornton's descendants I have connected up his son George Wesley Thornton; Grandson (my uncle by marriage) Blake Ellerby Thornton and my cousin Michael Martin Thornton.
Again thanks for getting back to me.

Take Care,

Ron Martin

You are more than welcome. If you need other photos taken in the area, just give me a shout. I may already have it.

RE: Thornton
Could I please ask how you are connected to the Thorntons. They are the Great-Grandparents of my Thornton cousins.

RE: Evergreen Cemetery
I do not have a phone number to the cemetery, but there is a church right next door that can be seen to the right on the first photo. It is the Ford Memorial United Methodist Church and their number is (313)584-0035. This may be a good place to try for info.

RE: Hazel Sumner
I'm sure she is the same one. I added as many names as I could find from the cemetery list that did not already have a memorial. A friend of mine likes to take photos and it makes it easy for her to post them to a memorial that is already made rather than to have to create them all. After she posts them I add as much info as I can.

RE: John Pedlar Fitzcharles
I rechecked and I do not have the 2 we are missing listed anywhere. I think we need to get someone to look at the stone and see - Try logging a Find A Grave Photo request - I don't have a grave reference for you either - I will see if I can get someone who lives nearer then I do (at 5857 Km)to check.

Did John live any where else in his adult life - If he had a graveyard of choice one would think it was this one; however, if he moved into the area late in his marriages maybe it his choices moved too?

RE: DeWitt Wilson photo
You are welcome for the photo. There are more Wilson's in the Abbey at Woodland and I will add them tonight. It was dark in the building because the electric was not working and one of the pics did not turn out. Will try again later, they keep the door locked. I do have DeWitt's wife stone, they took her to Portsmouth until the Abbey was finished and then brought her back.

Thank you adding the info. The death certificates give so much more information than what was passed on to the cemetery from the undertakers burial permits. They are a treasure of info!

RE: Hadley Cemetery & Rose Hill
The Signs are similar in design because they are both maintained by Armada, as well as Willow Grove & Richards so they all match. All the older rural Cemetery Signs in Macomb County have the same design of the molded iron over the gate entrance.
