Hi! I'm not ignoring you, I promise!
Between work and a sick kid and straightening out Friendship/Fairview/Fairview IOOF Cemetery...
I'm just now sitting down to go through my email and sort out what needs fixed and edited.
If you like, I can transfer her to you, I have no relation to her. I just take the pictures! *grin*

In consideration of the fact that Nancy Clayton created her memory for Mr. Williams first, I will be more than happy to delete the memorial I created. Thank you so much for pointing out the duplication. When comparing the Find A Grave ID numbers, I suspect that Nancy created her memorial just minutes (if that) before I created mine. In fact, it is possible that they were being created at the same time. Nancy Clayton and I have known each other for years and years. I never knew Nancy was related to the Williams family.
Again, thank you for pointing out the duplicate.
All the best,

I added his obituary which says he is to be buried in Machpelah and the Machpelah Cemetery records lists him as being buried there.
His death records says as being buried in Weston, WV. Death record at www.wvculture.org/vrr.
Dora Hardman is not listed in Machpelah Records.

|Grasser||Infant Hubbard Died 1886 - Find A Grave Memorial# 84120059|
Thanks for the information. I have a question and would like to discuss further before I make the change. The last name of this infant is Hubbard and the suggested link is to a father with a surname of Blair? The other question is James was about 65 years old in 1886? In my erosional family tree I do show that Tommy Blair lived two years and died in 1845 with his burial location not being know. The cemetery records show Infant Hubbard's parents as "J F and M C". I show on the find a grave memorial the parents of Infant Hubbard as Joseph T Hubbard 1860-1930 and Mary Catherine (Shier) Hubbard 1860-1921.
I would be happy to discuss further and consider any other information you have supporting the recommended change below. Thanks again for the inquiry.
Your e mail is below.
Find A Grave contributor Jeannine (Booton) Hall has made a suggestion to you regarding your Find A Grave memorial for Infant Hubbard.

Also in the same plot as Andrew Jackson Sumner there is a Howard family: Lenore Howard, Eldon Howard and Ellis Howard. If they are related, I can add the photos for you.

On the photo you have of his children-it should read right to left otherwise it does not match the children's name. The dogs name was Dolly.
Thanks-I am still doing my research.

We're all in this together, right! If we find that we are not related, we might have to adopt each other..

|Hooked On Family||RE: Dale Rapp|
What a small world...my next door neighbor in Waverly grew up in McCallsburg (Jerry Vallem) and one of our favorite couple friends both grew up in McCallsburg (Greg Ruble and Ann Helland Ruble).
I stopped at McCallsburg one very hot day last summer and took hundreds of gravestone photos...had to pour water on my head to stay cool...ha
I'd love to research and add to Dale's memorial, so that's great if you want to transfer. I'd rather do that than annoy you with an email every time I find something. My Find A Grave # is 47448897
Yup, I know right where Woodford Co. is. I was just there a couple of weeks ago to research the Rapps. Some are buried at Minonk in W. Co., but most are in Liv. Co. I had an amazing trip, met second cousins, found the farms of the Rapp and Boston great great grandparents in W Co. and great gpa Rapp in Pontiac. Come to find out, our motel just happened to be a corn cob's throw away from the John Rapp farm!!! OMG as my students would say!
Great work on Find A Grave in your area. Thanks!

|KE Tuttle||RE: Hattie|
That is OK...We often cross our own paths in this search. I had the chance to meet Aunt Hattie when I was little. Grandma had said Hattie had violet eyes and she did. She also had a horsehair sofa that I remember itched the back of my knees (in a skirt and sitting forever while the adults talked.)
I just wish I could remember more or was a little older so I could have asked questions of her.
I do remember she was a very devout woman and very whispery, maybe more like Lindsey...Certainly Rhoda was not like that. She never knew a stranger and never failed to make her opinion known...but that was Grandma's take on her grandmother.

Matthew Scott Campbell is my 2nd cousin 4x removed.
I am related through the Bay and Rannells lines of my family... via marriages/births into the Campbell family!
Any additional information would be greatly appreciated!

I almost forgot Aunt Hattie (of the violet eyes). She married Milton Macy and they were living in the group of Friends in Oskloosa. The family visited with her often but she was the youngest (born in 1863) and was still living when we visited in 1956. She was an awesome woman but never mentioned her father being with them.
