Sorry if I came off that way.We are just misunderstanding eachother.From what I was told Blnche was known as Marion.I think that who ever set her stone there just guessed, as they wanted her to be remembered.I will take it off if you like,But the stone is still there with her first husband.So honestly I don't know what to do about it.-Mary

Janet,I am also a relative,from the Russell side.
I clearly see we have two stones.One in WS.,one in ILL.The one in Ill.,was put in place as "In Memory".So I am not incorrect.It is a complete family plot.Nearly the whole family is together in that cemetery.-Mary

I took a couple more pictures of some stones that were close to those you requested. One of them was a dau of one of the couples. Also, there was a John K Young, Jr. If you need these photos just request them and I will fulfill them.

"Elias Millis Please contact me directly. I'm not sure I understand your message...Janet"
There is an inscribed tombstone marker for Elias Millis in the Old Brookville Cemetery but the findagrave memorial created for him uses an Ebenezer Cemetery location with no tombstone picture for that site. If he was and is still buried in Ebenezer Cemetery the tombstone in Old Brookville Cemetery would be a cenotaph, a monument to someone buried elsewhere. Or, perhaps the Old Brookville Cemetery tombstone notes a reinterment. Hope this clarifies my previous message. mrs

|mrs||Millis memorials, Old Brookville Cemetery|
I added marker pictures to your Millis memorials and also added the following to the Elias Millis memorial #38371541 link in Ebenezer Cemetery: " 'Elias W. Millis 1822-1864 68th Reg. IND. VOLS.' This marker is located in the Old Brookville Cemetery, Brookville, Franklin County, Indiana in the Millis family lot, section 3 row 7 grave 1. It is next to a marker for wife Mary E. Millis. [Cenotaph?]" I have a picture of the side by side markers for Elias and Mary if you would like to have it on your memorial for Mary. mrs

The markers for Joseph and Mary have the last name spelled GORTNER - but on the cemetery list for Fairmount - Cape Girardeau, Mo. it is spelled GARTNER. Would you like to send a message to have this corrected? I wasn't sure which was the correct spelling.

I went to the cemetery again and took photos of Betty & Arlington for you. There is no stone for Elsie within this plotted area, nor is there one for William. What a mystery!! Still working on it.
