RE: Alexander Patterson - 64590642
Thanks for the information on the Linney's...your Linney's tie in with the Linney's that I'm working on. I need to bookmark you so that we can talk in the future on the Linney's. In the meanwhile, would you like me to transfer my memorial on Band to you? Let me know...I'll be happy to do that.

MGM...I deleted the link between Alexander Patterson and Barbara, and I deleted most of the information I had placed on his bio. I'll work on him at some future date. What do I need to delete on Barbara? Tell me again what your relationship is to her? Does she have a granddaughter named Ida Linney buried in Bloomfield? I'm working on the Linney family and am interested in talking about that.

Alexander Patterson - 64590642
Hi MGM,
Got your nice email but I'm up to my knees right now in alligators. Can you give me a fast fix? If I just delete everything on the Alexander Patterson memorial and would do that the trick? You would have to delete your flower and comment as well too. Tell me what I can do so your 2nd great grandmother won't be linked with somebody wrong. Thanks.

"Yes," I did, think it was a duplicate, Sorry Melba...

I realized it was not a duplicate, right afterwards, and I misread it, but didn't get back (got a phone call) to you until now.

I was working on my Briggs tie, farther back.

Wow, that is a long time to search for someone. I am very happy that I was able to get the picture of Ludie for you. I am hoping to find my great grandfather in Michigan your story is encouraging for me because I have just started my search.

There was a memorial for William so I added his grave marker also. Both markers are in the shade and hard to read. Click on the pic and it makes it clearer. Neither on died in Tulare County.

RE: John and Sarah Whitfield
They're yours!

On the Unknown Whitfield stone it looks like the mother is (M?) L. but the stone is so worn there it could be an E instead of an L. Looks like Wiley and his wife may have lived in Arkansas for a little while.

Thank you for the link, I will be happy to take a gander at it and if I find other Whitfield graves in my area I will be sure to let you know of them.

God Bless! - Dee☼

RE: John and Sarah Whitfield
You are sure welcome, it was my pleasure!

While at Hebron we found 6 other Whitfields, including John and Sarah's son Pierce and his wife Unity, and 4 child graves. I had to make memorial pages for them in order to post the photos of their headstones, and if you would like to have management of them, I will be happy to transfer them to you. I peeked at the 1870 & 1880 censuses to be sure of the names that went with the initials on the headstones, but I am sure you could do better justice to the memorials. One of them is of a child of "W.C. & (M?)" Whitfield and on the 1870 census in Alabama I saw that John and Sarah had a son named Wiley, but there was no sign of a Wiley at Hebron and he is not on the 1880 census in Lonoke County. It was so worn a stone I am unsure of the child's name, perhaps you can identify him. Anyhow, just say the word and I'll transfer them right on over to you.

Take care and God Bless! - Dee☼
