I think that the previous search was not successful because the plot straddles sections 76 and 77. The maps provided by the admin office computer states that the lot is in section 76; however, there is no lot 8396 visible. When that happens, from experience I look at lots cut off by the edge of the map.
As for the other names, please do send, and I can look. I think that you will probably need to make a request to the Green-Wood genealogist to search out and send you copies of the records. Cost is $28.50

I am related on the Abernethy side. Marcia Eels died Mar 2 1863; probably when baby Marcia was born. Stone says 1863. Marcia had 4 children. Only Emma (1861-1912) lived to adulthood.

|Beth Heiney||RE: Ernst Mensching Duplication|
I am happy to delete my page but first could you send the link to the Ernst Mensching page that exists already? I can not find it and don't want to delete until I see the other. I did the search before creating this one but nothing came up, so if there is another I need a link for it.
Thanks for your help!

You're right about that! Also dislike the obits that say Mrs. so & so. You have no idea what their given name is.

Thanks! I do not show an Ellen. Did she die before the 1860 census; or perhaps married.

Urania Salisbury was not a daughter of Benanuel Salisbury. She was the second wife of his son, Eleazer Salisbury. Eleazer's first wife was Bersheba Jenney,daughter of John Jenney and his wife Catherine Davis Jenney. Bersheba died ca1829 in Huron County, Ohio. Eleazer moved back to New York and married Urania there. Eleazer died shortly after the marriage, and I have a copy of the guardian ship papers for his minor children from his marriage to Bersheba, and the disposition of his property to these minor children and also to Urania.

I am enjoying documenting the cemetery, so much history there. I have about a thousand more interments to go according to the fellow that looks after the cemetery. If you know any history about any of the people there I would enjoy hearing of it. I am assuming that you don't live in the area. I am going to meet with someone from the local Museum soon and any information about any of the deceased in the cemetery would probably be greatly appeciated.

I am in the process of documenting the Edwardsburg Cemetery and I am taking pictures of the graves. I have entered pictures for Eliza, Jonathan and Sarah Olmsted's graves. They aren't linked together and I thought that maybe you might want to do that. Thanks,

|jmb224||Emily Cheffer Brouillet Cadrett|
Hello. I have Emily's death certificate but I didn't know where she was buried until now. Emily's third husband, Joseph Cadrett, is my GG Granduncle. Do you have any information on this marriage or on the Cadratt family? Thank you for any help you can give. Joan Belford, Chicago.

You are so welcome Audrey. He was a chore to flip over. That one was heavy. Also, there is a marker right next to where he is, but there is no name on it and it is broken in two. Could it be another relative???

|Jill T.||Matilda Laver Linton|
Thank you for compiling entries for Find A Grave. I was thrilled to find the graves of my distant relative Matilda Linton d 1898 and her family in Rosehill Cemetery Chicago, on this website.
None of my family knew what had happened to Matilda nor where she went. I visited Chicago a few years ago but had no idea Matilda and her husband William had been part of the early history of the docks there.
Thank you again,

Hi! My name is Julie Coates (Heritagehunter on the forums). I was wondering is your Danforth the son of Benjamin W. and Lovina (Ketchum) Clark? If he is than we are related. Benjamin and Lovina are my 3rd great grandparents. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi - I have just entered Gottlieb Heide into the Rosebud Cemetery and was looking through some of the other entries and saw that you had a photo of the Rosebud Cemetery entrance gate. Would you consider posting this to the "Rosebud Cemetery Page", so that it will show up on all entries for this Cemetery? It is a very nice photo. Thanks so much. Lorelei
