RE: Mellett (Whitefish Cemetery)
If the parents are not in find a grave then you can put the information in the bio section. If it is not your memorial then you can use the edit button and go to other at the bottom of the list. Request that it be added to the bio and give your name and source. Most people are very good about adding information if it is done right. Penny

Mellett (Whitefish Cemetery)
Since you have been a member for 8 years I assume you also have read the regulations and therefore know that the flower is a tribute and not the place for their information. If you use the edit button it is very simple to put in information and link spouses. Thanks Penny

Johnston Cemetery
The cemetery name is Johnston but google maps shows it without the "t" when you zoom in on the interactive map on the home page for the cemetery.

I have asked them to correct this in the past & will do so again.

If you look at the map the church & cemetery are not far from Johnston Chapel Road on the right side.

Hope this helped! Good Luck in your research.

Trimmer gravesites @ Woodlawn
Did you see the two pictures I took of the Trimmer gravesites? One of the "Trimmer/Lawer" headstone and one of the unmarked graves along side of the above mentioned headstone. They are all there as shown on the cemetary records. I have a copy of those records and would be glad to send them to you if you would give me a FAX number or address. Regards Ken Chisholm

RE: Trimmer-Lawer
I will TRY to attach the pictures to the Find-a- grave site. I'm not to swift at that but have grandkids that can help the old man. I was truly surprised to see so many unmarked graves in one block. I know the order of their burial from the paperwork the cemetary office has. You could call them and have them send you a copy of the plot layout. Their number is 360-568-5560. They have a FAX 360-568-7096. If you have a FAX I couild send you that same document. Ken Chisholm

I have a picture of the TRIMMER/LAWER HEADSTONE. WOULD YOU LIKE IT? I also took a picture of the bare ground where all the TRIMMER's are buried next to the above headstone. Its too bad someone didnt mark these graves. Regards ken Chisholm

RE: Nancy Burt
Nancy was the third child of Trisvan and Mary Elizabeth (Nettles) Burt. Pricilla was the fourth. I got most of the information on the Burt family from two books written by, I believe his first name was William Burt. He actually didn't have much on the Madden line. I researched the family many years ago, and got what you see on line. Nancy later married a "Bud" Hudson. I have no information on him. And All I have on Patrick Madden is from the census, he was alive in 1900, and nothing after that. I guess the best way to explain it is I Nancy was my Great Grand Aunt.
