A slight difficulty
Just wanted to let you know, I hope you don't mind, one of your flowers is a burgundy, rotating Christmas like star that blinks with a bright white light. The problem with it is that to see it, I start bed-ridden migraines, instantly. With some people I know it can start a seizure. You might want to consider not using it. Thank you and blessings!

You are very welcome. It was my pleasure doing this. The weather was nice for a change and enjoyed the sunshine and much needed exercise.

I enjoy walking the sections and taking the photos. Will eventually get the entire cemetery done but that is quite a task in this cemetery.

Blessings,
Mary

You are very welcome. It was my pleasure doing this. I wish the marker was on a cement base which most in Highland are. It was nearly totally covered with dirt.I had only a paper towel to get it off with. I will take a broom the next time I go out and take a better photo.

Joseph Brewer (1811-1874)
Hi, Patricia! I noticed that you had left flowers for Rosana Jane (Brewer) Lowe and I was wondering if you have any information you would like to share with me about her, and if you know anything about her father, Joseph Brewer. I have not been able to pin down his death date and place, for example, although it is estimated that he died in about 1874, possibly near Cropwell, St. Clair County, Alabama. I believe he was born in 1811 or 1812 in Georgia, probably Jackson County. I also don't know anything much about his wife, such as her maiden name. Do you have any information or photos that you would be willing to share? My email address is desertsand_2@yahoo.com in case you are willing to chat with me a bit about this family. I have done extensive research on Joseph's father, Isaac Brewer, and would love to know of anything you would like to share about him as well. If you're interested in reading a little life story about Rosanna that I wrote a couple years back, here's a link to it: http://www.isaacbrewer-familyhistory.com/stories/rosanna-jane-brewer-1840-1916/ Happy new year! Sincerely, Mary Andersen, 5 greats granddaughter of Isaac Brewer (1763-1852)

photo req
I claimed the photo request for Roger North. Unfortunately, the church who manages the cemetery informed me there is no record of burial for him at that cemetery. I've run into this type of thing before in m own genealogy. In my circumstance, the obituary was wrong, and I was able to locate the true burial of my ancestor in another near-by cemetery. I encourage you to call other cemeteries in the area, and ask them to review their logs for him. I hope it pays off for you, and all is well, otherwise.

Your other Westview requests
Hello

I would like to help you find your photo request at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta.

Westview is massive the largest cemetery in the whole Southeast. Would you please help me by calling the cemetery office at 404-755-6611 to find out whether the grave is marked with a monument or marker or both AND what the section and lot numbers are.

Then I will gladly look.

The office is reluctant to give out that information to non-relatives.

Thanks

Phil

You're absolutely right. Hopefully these pics and information will help researchers and others working on their family trees.

We were glad to be able to find this marker. It took us two times but finally located it. If you have any further requests please don't hesitate to let us know.

Thanks so much for your quick response. To expedite everything, would you transfer James Blemler to me? I have been working with the rest of his family and establishing some of their memorials. If you need his number for reference just let me know.
Thanks again!

James Blemler
Thank you for posting the memorial for James Blemler in 2012. He is my grandmother's nephew and I have submitted edits for him which tie him to his mother and father. His number is 86647462. Would you allow these edits to be completed?
Thank you for your assistance!

Re: Photo Request Mary Megowan
You have a photo request for a Mary Park Megowan in the Lexington KY Cemetery Find A Grave Memorial# 6433327
The cemetery does not have a listing for this person in their files. You may want to do more research on Mary Parker MeGowan and consider removing your photo request until such time as we can document exactly where the grave is located

RE: Issac Blair
I am going to go out there. I did a little googling and it looks like they are in Pine Level. The "roster" I looked at was built in 1999 so perhaps more progress has been made. I will go out there today and see what I can find.

RE: Issac Blair
I will go out the Cemetery in the next day or two and see if I can find them. There seems to be info on the website that says they are there. The graves "registration" was in 1999. So, let me see what I can find..............I love this task.

Issac Blair
Pine Level Cemetery records do not have an Issac Blair on their "roster". There is, however, a large BLAIR presence there. I would like you to check and see if this is the right name before I go out there to try and find the graves. As I have gotten into this, there are a large number of grave yards in Sumter County, FL..some mapped and others not.

Mary Blair
Hi, I live near Pine Level Cemetery in Oxford, FL. They mapped this cemetery several years ago and there is no Mary Blair with dates of 1837 to 1902 there. However, there is a Mary J. Blair born in 1871 with an uncertain date of death. Could this be the grave you are seeking?

Gladys M. Curry and Walter D. Curry
Hi, I am a relative of Gladys M. Curry (114786199
) (nee Borden), and am trying to find who her spouse is. I am assuming her husband is in the same cemetery, and after looking at the other Currys in the cemetery, I noticed you had put a message on both her page and Walter D Curry's (114786183) listing you as a relative. Are they husband and wife, or can you at least offer some more information about Gladys?
