Oops! I deleted the closeup and didn't look close enough to see the double marker. I hope I have it corrected this time. Lucy

Thanks Bob, I think I got it put on the father's memorial where it belonged. Since mine was a closeup, I put it on with your photo of the whole marker. If there is a problem, please let me know. Lucy

Although she was a cousin, I never knew her as she lived in Mississippi all her life and I lived in Texas while we were both alive. I appreciate the transfer of her and her husband. I have asked for her children who have passed on to be linked to their parents and the grandchildren who have passed on to be linked to their parents so that the chain is unbroken. Some one some day may look for them and be able to find the complete chain.I hope so.I did know of her parents and grandparents. they all (as well as mine) seemed to originate from Tn,Ky, and Va. Not that there was much difference back in the 1700's.

|HAROLD BODDY||photos for L W MUMME|
Thank you so much for finding and sending me the photos of Leonard Warren Mumme AIF at Labuan Memorial Cemetery. They are a heartfelt addition to Leo's memory. Even though we have Leo's Service Record, we are still uncertain whether he passed away at the Sandakan POW camp or during the infamous Sandakan death march. With the Japanese regularly falsifying records about POW's deaths, we may never know.
Again, thank you for the photos, they are greatly appreciated.
