Hello Pandy: Well thank you so much for these transfers! I have just added the links to complete my mother's and father's family "chains" and reunited the entire families for their parents. I want to let you know that I really appreciate your work creating these. My mother's was the first one I found when I had the lightbulb moment to search for them on Find A Grave and I was just astonished by it. It - along with my father's and brother's - are still among the most beautiful memorials I've seen on Find a Grave and by now I've done a lot of research on here to locate and link up the rest of my family. Thanks again and I will take good care of them in the spirit in which you created them. Best regards. Kathie PS: Thank you for the little running dog "flower" you placed on my brother's memorial. How in the world did you know that he had and loved two little dogs that looked exactly like that and a third one just the same except black. Amazing.

|Liane||How you doing?|
Hope all is well with you. Was wondering if you got around to asking for the transfer of records yet. If not, would you like me to do so?

|Liane||RE: Hey there|
Sure I'll take your Calvary. You could send Old Pioneer over too. I'd also be willing to take Old Tacoma and New Tacoma.
For a mass transfer you'd have to email firstname.lastname@example.org then explain your situation and ask them to transfer those cemeteries to my care.
You'll probably need to provide them with each cemeteries direct link and my Find A Grave member number (#47747972. Otherwise you'd have to do each one individually.
Then there's all the backlog you need to deal with for those cemeteries you'd be transferring to my care. You'll have to forward them on to me to deal with of course.

|Tony Chiofolo||Special Favor.|
Most of my family is from Cumberland county, NJ. and was wondering if there are any websites you may know of that has Obits. I know if I fly up there from Florida, the public library will have them on microfilm. This part of New Jersey is so hard to get information from. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Tony.

|Liane||RE: Hey there|
You could request Find A Grave staff to mass transfer to them if you want or ask members if they could take some off your hands? I don't mind taking any in the cemeteries I've documented.

|T Linn||RE: Mildred Scott Masters|
Cherie - I did know that some of the Scott's were buried there, but didn't have the daughters but added to our tree. It looks like Millie's info has been corrected on the heading (name). As for her DOB on headstone, someone probably gave incorrect info to the mortuary place and they inscribed the date given to them. Seems odd that whoever gave the date didn't have the correct one but it happens (unfortunately).
Thanks for letting me know these are on here.

I figured out I can copy a file to my own account and then delete them on mine as I go... it doesn't help the rest of you know which I have done... but it is much faster. went through about a hundred photos as a trial tonite

I got the death certificates today and discovered that Myrtle's mother is buried at the Tacoma Mausoleum (Minnie Simpson # 98235534) as well as her aunt (Leslie Erickson # 98235791)
I don't suppose you have any pics in your collection? :)
I'll probably be heading to the Mausoleum this weekend myself.

|Douglas Kirk Sorensen||RE: Charles Raymond Whitis|
Hi Pandy - My older sister is married to a Whitis family member living in Auburn, Wa. His last name is Whitis. He gave me a computer when mine broke down because I've been doing so much with the Whitis clan in Find A Grave. He is at the age where computers are not his thing really. I would be happy to manage any Whitis memorials that you might have entered. BTW - Your contributor page photo is a beauty. FYI - my contributor number is 46956932/
Best Regards - Doug Sorensen

USGenWeb is who I did Cromwell cemetery for and had them post what I transcribed. With Calvary being adopted 6 years ago and NOTHING up, makes me wonder if the volunteer gave up or what.

I also have grandparents (Don Gipple's parents) and another uncle in Mountain View Cemetery.
Aaron Otto Gipple
Edith Levina (Miller) Gipple
Gerald Owen Gipple
I will have to watch and see if they end up online too. The kindness of strangers is lovely thing! Many thanks!

|cmyers||RE: Margaret B. Coleman Gregory|
Margaret isn't my direct line. I still don't have positive proof she is John and Catharine's daughter. Their daughter, Maggie, was 9 years old in 1860, and then as Margaret, she was 19 years old in 1870. In the 1910 U.S. Census, Margaret says that her father was born in PA and her mother was born in Germany. So that matches up with John and Catharine. Before that Margaret always says that both of her parents were born in PA.

|Barbara HARMS Craig||RE: Cora Lee Sullens Rush|
Cora Lee's fathers parents are in Find A Grave as well.
I added Martha Jane RITTER Thompson in Spring Garden Cemetery and Tom Childers added Alexander M. SULLENS with unknown burial, so he could be linked to his parents John Sullens and Malinda Thompson. Tom is trying find his burial location.
I am working on the THOMPSON Family of Spring Garden and Thompson Grove Cemeteries of Miller and Newton Counties. We are trying to find out if all of the Thompsons we have are siblings of Malinda THOMPSON Sullens and if her father Leonard is the one buried in Thompson Grove Cemetery. The younger siblings went to Oregon in 1852.
My husband is off of James Thompson who settled in Cherokee Co., Kansas. I am working with other Thompson descendents of the ones that went to Oregon.
Would love to exchange the information with you, if you are interested. Barbara
