Hi, My name Laurie Bickel Machen, I'm researching the Power's family for my brother in-law John Powers. I see we have the same family member in our tree. Can you please call me live in Elwood, IL. Please check you email I sent my phone number. John and Mary Ann are his Great Great Grandparents. I have two family trees one on Ancestry and the other on my Heritage. I'm having trouble with my computer with the key board so it's to hard to type. This took me almost 1/2 hour to type. Hope to hear from you.

Hi! I just wanted you to know that I looked for them today, but I did not find them. Did you ask the cemetery if there is a grave marker - if not, can you? If there is a grave marker, can you ask them who they are buried next to?
It normally is pretty easy to find someone, but about 1/2 of the graves in the section are in Assyrian which I am not familiar with. Sometimes dates can be made out, but sometimes there are no discernible English characters. Anyone buried in this section is a challenge to find.
I'm also asking because there are almost no in-ground lot markers and the cemetery does not have a map of the lots in this old section.

I looked for her but cant find the memorial. I will transfer her to you if you will please use the edit button on the top of her memorial to ask for the transfer. That way it will link me to the correct memorial and give me your contributor number.

The other Elizabeth's middle name is Ellen. I found Elizabeth Ellen's death certificate.
It lists her husband as I. M. Wiseman.
Her father is listed as ?? Eads
Mother is listed as Unknown
I also found the month and day of her birth and death
It's odd that both Elizabeth C. and Elizabeth E. have the same year of birth.

I am not sure if there is a stone or not. I have walked that section when I lived there, but do not recall seeing one. That is a long sprawling section, so I may have missed it.

I am not related. There is a Leahy family distantly connected to my maternal line, but I have not connected Arthur & Ethel. I do have an Arthur Leahy that was born in 1908 in Kentucky. But he was married to a Loretta.

The memorial has been transferred to you, and, yes there is an individual headstone for each grave site. I'm about 1000 miles away (or farther) from Wood National, or I'd take the picture for you. You can request a photo be taken of your grandfather's site.
