Andrew Jr
Mike, I noticed that you were asking for pictures of Andrew Jr. He is my great uncle and I do have young pictures of him.

Lydic picture.
Thanks for posting the pictures of S.A. Lydic and his family. My mother is the granddaughter of Bert and Anne Lydic. Her mother was Elizabeth Pearl Lydic Steetle, and she's buried at Washington church. I remember going to plant flowers on the graves with her when I was a child, and she would tell me stories about our ancestors as we cared for their resting places.
I sent the pics on to mom, and she enjoyed seeing her relatives again. She has some old pics, but they're not in good shape and she won't get them out.
She did tell me in one of the pics that her grandfathers name was mixed up with her uncle John. Bert is the one in the white hat and bib overalls. In the other pic, her grandmother Anne is standing beside beside Bert's model t, and he is in the bottom row wearing a dark shirt and white hat. I asked her to name the others if she could, and she said she would try, but, she's 84 and her memory is beginning to fail.
Thanks again for posting, cousin, lol!

RE: Andrew B. Beeler, Jr
Hi MJ...sorry I don't have a photo or know of someone who lives close by who would do one. I did remove my listing for Andrew as I noticed you have moved him over. I'm trying to straighten out the mess that has occurred in the location of Orange and Madison Co. cemeteries due to a lack of good geographical information when the cemeteries were created. Madison Co is a stretch for me/45 min drive at the least. If I run across someone, I'll keep you in mind. Linda

Andrew B. Beeler, Jr
Hi Mike! Andrew is actually buried at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Oakpark, Madison Co, rather than in Mt. Zion/Syria. His wife, Mary Lea is also buried at the Oakpark location. Would you mind moving his memorial #14152347 over to the correct cemetery so I can remove the duplicate I inadvertently created for him? And if you'd like a transfer of Mary Lea I would be happy to do that.
I'm not sure how Mt. Zion/Syria ever got into the database, as I can't find any evidence that it exists. I live in Orange Co, adjacent to Madison Co, and can confirm from personal observation that Andrew and Mary Lea's memorials are at the Oak Park location. Thanks! Linda

Lydic family
I am researching a possible connection to this family with my ancestor Abraham Lyday (1775-1852). There is some indication that Abraham may have been son on Jacob or Andrew Lydick (Leydig). I would love to compare notes. My line came to North Carolina in the 1780-1790s.

buhler beeler
I have an Andrew Beeler as a great grandfather. I am not 100% sure of who his parents are even though I have pictures of his mother with no name on the back. They appeared to have some kind of money from what the pictures show. I was wondering who Philip beeler married. The census I have shows that he was divorced and my great aunts tell me they remember going to thier grandmothers house in new jersey where I seem to find most of the beelers eventually moving to. my email is seechris4u@aol.com
Thanks
Chris
