Westminster Cemetery
Hi: A friendly word of warning on this cemetery. They are not friendly to Find A Grave volunteers. I was chased out of the office about a year ago with the threat of $50 fees because I wasn't a relative. I hope you have success because the list has really grown over the last couple of months, when the chased off the newest volunteers. It's such a shame. Presently, I only claim requests at this cemetery that have locations posted. Just don't want you to be shocked if you meet with a less than friendly reception at the office. Chris

Charles Burmeister
HI -
Just a question about where Charles is sure are you that he is in Bluff City Cemetery?

Bluff City did not open until 1889 and if he died in 1865, he had to have been buried elsewhere.

Pam, You can send the picture to me, or you are also able to add it yourself; don't need to own the page to post a picture. Up to you which way.

RE: Request
I will let you know for sure if I come across any information on your Gr Grandmother. I have the same problem with finding infomation on my GG Grandfather....I can't even find a year of death! It's frustrating expecially if you are looking for those records back in the 1870-1880's as so many courthouses burned and records were lost. Cemeteries help if we can read the stones but so many of those are now illegible. I will keep her name on my check list here on my desk in case I come across something with her name. Have a great day :)
