Anna Calkins
Hi Valorie,
There is a page listing birthdates of children that is attached to Anna Calkins' page (she is buried in Gliddingsville Cemetery, Jefferson Co., NY). Where did that page come from?

Thanks so much!

Ann Castorer Caster
Sorry, I did not find Ann Castor/Castorer. I did, however, find other Castor's.

If you check the website you will find C.H. Castor and his wife Abby; Ira Castor and his wife Chloe; Charles H. Castor Jr. and his wife Emaline; and Marion Castor. These seven share one monument.

Also, Henry A. Castor and Ellen Snow Castor. Their monuments are side by side.

Hope this helps!

I searched this cemetery today for your requests and could not locate any of them. I have posted two CASTOR family members and will post the other four shortly.

Stearns in North Syracuse Cemetery
Hi Valorie
I found 2 out of 3 of your pics before the rain came. I will go back and look for Addison. I will also be posting the other Stearns that are in a row. The order, left to right, Robert J. Stearns, Elizbeth C. Stearns, Ruth and Alva Stearns on the same stone, Barbara Stearns Frey, Ward and Mary, mother, father.

There are also other Stearns in the area. If you would like, I could send a list.

RE: carl and edna blosser
You are quite welcome. I did also photograph the other Blosser's that were close to that stone and I'm attempting to get them tied together through the contributor. If your daughter is law is related on the Heberlig side, Edna is related to my brother-in-law, so my sister has done research on that line if she is interested.

Mike Auger
Amos & Abbie Dearborn
Hi Valorie,

In addition to the comments I made when I reported problems finding both of their stones, I also was directed by the cemetery to search the Bickford/Maloon lot. There are no Maloon markers on that large plot, so I assume they are covered by grass or missing.

Wish I could have been of greater assistance.

Mike Auger

Re: Photo request for Mary Luther / Kickemuit Cemetery

I've been to the Kickemuit Cemetery a number of times and I looked for Mary Luther (b.1642), but I didn't find any markers -- although I did see the grave that appears to belong to her husband:

Elder Samuel Luther, c. 1636 - 1716

Looking over the Kickemuit Cemetery transcriptions in "The New England Historical and Genealogical Register" (originally cataloged by Guy M. Fessenden in 1871, amended in 1916 by Susan E. Slade), there's no record of a grave for Mary Luther. It would seem that if such a marker existed, it disappeared prior to 1871.

Find A Grave - SUGGS
You took a lovely photo of William Suggs' stone but made "typos" in the information you entered.
