|Jean Pinick||RE: Dale GArdner in Osage City Cem|
It is not a big problem. I sent an edit correction to Dale and he will change the parents. One problem with the edit on the memorials now is that anyone for any reason can send an edit and you don't know who put it on. It is the biggest mistake they made on this site. it was pretty good because you could look at each and add the person but now it really does it automatically. Jean

This is a duplicate memorial and really needs to be deleted. The correct name on this memorial should read Jess Dale Gardner and his date of birth was Oct 4, 1924 and the date of death was Mar 17, 1987. Check out Find A Grave #32320237. Thank you

|Shar||Elsie Richmond's missing stone|
Dear nbsmom (#46829632,
I was at the Lenora South Cemetery this afternoon and found the Richmond plots. However there is no stone for Elsie. It looks as if there is a space for a grave site, just no stone.
I did take pictures of the larger stone, and the two smaller stone next to it in relation to where the empty place is and I would be happy to send them all to you if you like.
I will try and find out if there ever was a stone there.

No headstone is seen, but you may wish to contact the cemetery to see if a stone was actually placed, or if it is hidden from view, as sometimes happens especially with flush stones.Telephone: 216-421-2665, Fax: 216-421-2415

Sorry but Orval has no grave marker. I added a photo of where he is located.
Added by campbell2u on Feb 21, 2014 2:54 PM
I have the location of Orval at Maple Hill but I was unable to find his today, but I'll go back in the next few days. Unfortunately, there is no record of a wife buried with him.

|J. C. Hooper||Bartina Peoples, Highland Cem., Lawton, OK|
Bartina Peoples is buried in Block 1, Lot 41, beside her husband Clyde Peoples. Clyde's grave marker is the flat white marker with blue flowers beside it in the photo I posted. I posted a photo of the area as a record that a grave marker photo was requested, and a grave marker was not found as of Feb. 18, 2014. I'm sorry that I wasn't able to fulfill your request in the way you desired.

|TLH||Reba Boland photo request|
Hi, the volunteers would be happy to fill your photo request however we will need a burial location to do so. Can you please contact Laurel Land and get a burial location for your request.
The number is 214 371 1336 or to email them, the link is:
They are good about responding to the email request!
There are over 53 photo requests currently and the volunteers cannot ask for that many locations to fill requests. With a location, your request will get filled pretty quickly. Thanks for your help!

I was able to visit Memorial Gardens Cemetery in
Colorado Springs and photograph the grave-marker
for Thomas Peoples. However, the grave-marker
has not been updated with his date of death
information yet. Cemetery says it can take up
to 6 months to get this completed. Whenever I
visit Memorial Gardens Cemetery, I will check
on Thomas's grave-marker to see if it has been
updated and I will take another picture for his

You are very welcome. It was shared with me and I passed the info on. The photo requests would never be fullfilled now, and folks needed to know why.

|C. L. Cramer||Susan Kathryn Driskell Peoples and Arthur J. Peoples|
Hello-Both Susan and Arthur J. Peoples are buried in the Olive Branch Church Cemetery located in Morgan County, Missouri, not Olive Branch Cemetery in Pettis County. You noted you were making an assumption that it was the correct cemetery when you posted. Arthur J. is my Great-Grandfather and Susan is my Great-Great Grandmother. You indicated your Great-Grandmother is Arthur's sister, Anna Peoples. The cemetery is located off of Hwy D between Syracuse and Versailles, Missouri. Many other Peoples' decendants are also buried there, including George Martin Peoples. Hope you enjoy the additional family information!

I went up to this cemetery today and fulfilled your photo request. Here's what I found...
The gravestone states Thomas E Shoaf (not infant son)...son of Mr/Mrs ST Shoaf. The birth/death month and day are correct...but it should be 1926 (and not 1929). I'll write to the memorial page creator to correct these errors.
While I was there I also took the gravestone photo of Monroe J Shoaf d 19 Mar 1923.
