RE: George Lawton
Good Morning. We're not related but I've added some info and found some people for my brother's fiance' who is related to the Lawton's and the Kern's. I'll let her know you're interested in getting in touch, if that's ok.

Abbie Robbins in Woodlawn
Hi, Regarding your photo request for this lady in Buxton. I have a list of burials in that cemetery and she was not among them. So I looked up her death record and it says she was buried in Evergreen Cemetery on Deer Isle, Hancock County, probably with her husband as I believe he is buried there also.

Rest in God
I was visiting some of your memorials and wondered about Margaret Hrosovsky. I know for us we often put put parents name on a headstone when the first one dies. The death date for the other is then added later. Just wondering given the age if person deceased or you were just doing documentations. Sorry, don't mean to offend by my question, I just had this hit me when I was laying flowers.

Sorry to say that I did not check the list before going for a ride. I was at Warren Cemetery and did not know you were looking. But I did end up taking pics of 4 other Robbins. Check to see if they are yours.

RE: George Winn

Sorry it took me a while to get around to it, but I did upload a scan of the portion of the Lowell Cemetery map that was marked by the cemetery office to show the approximate location of George Winn's grave location.

While I don't think there is a marker for him, I may have just not found it. So since my upload canceled your photo request, if you want someone to take a look again, you might re-request a photo to put it back up.

Hi I don't remember if I contacted you or not, so here goes, The three Gosson boys' father and mother were, William J. and Mary Elizabeth Burrows Gosson. They were from Rochester, NY. I have not gone back any further as they are not my direct line. Wm J. b. Dec 1853; and Mary b. 26 Dec 1856, they are both buried in Highland Park Cem in Cleveland, Ohio. Hopes this help. Any connection?

RE: Sam Maxwell
You're welcome, though I wish it had come out better but due to all the blackness on the stone it was very hard to catch the image. I did make a memorial for his wife and link her. I also found another Samuel Maxwell & wife there that I made memorials for. Check the cemetery, they may be related. Teresa

RE: Thank you!
My pleasure. I live right nearby, so took a trip over to the cemetery today. The Oakes headstone was located right next to a funeral/burial in progress, so I had to strategically place myself to get the shots for you. Sorry there was still no Date of Death for Annie Mabel. I was crushed when I saw that nothing had been updated. I spoke to a Public Works gentleman on the property and he said that it wasn't uncommon, especially since her name is last on the headstone. He said most situations like that mean that either the family ran out of money to do the work, or the rest of the family predeceased her and no one else was available to follow up and complete the information.

Either way, I said a silent prayer for her and let her know that she wasn't forgotten.
