GreenHills Stones Calling
71281594 Marie Anderson
Thank you for your edit suggestion for Marie Phyllis Stecker Anderson. However, I will need to decline your edit request. Marie's daughter has expressed the specific wish to me that her mother's Find A Grave memorial carry the name "Marie P. Anderson." I had the complete name and removed it per the daughter's request last year.

Best wishes,

I got your pics loaded per your request for Lorraine Sinner. She is in a corridor that is pretty dark and poorly lit and is a real challenge to get very good pictures in. And, she is about a mile and a half up, clear up on the very top tier of this corridor. Thank God for zoom lenses.
I am quite sure nobody will ever be bothering her up there. :-]

You are so welcome! I am sadden when a stone is not present, but the person is still resting in that spot, and it is important to document the resting place. Thank you for allowing me to share the photo. Take Care, Jhere

Marc POTTER Ocker @ 117585435
Hi Linda!

My name is Don Toothman, researcher for all my Toothman's Shurtz's Potter's families, and I ran across this while looking for Joseph DePew (Mary's 3rd husband), who had married a Mary AUSTIN - Potter (somewhere around 1884), but it was a short lived marriage, cause 'Mary' moved on to Kansas to be with her son Benjamin. Mary Potter, was in the 1870 US Census, Butler, De Kalb Co. with only her children, Mr. Potter died in Swan Co. and is buried there.

My question to you would be, when was this Mary POTTER married to Elihu Ocker, or do you know?

I lost Mary AUSTIN - Potter - Nickerson - DePew after the 1900 US Census, while living her son Samuel or Benjamin (can't remember which one right now), but anyways.......LOL, didn't mean to rattle so much, I get carried away sometimes.

Thank you so much, I appreciate any or whatever help you can supply, big or nothing at all and don't feel bad, cause the search will go on.

Also, (and I don't say this often enough), not only for me as a family researcher, but for the other researcher's as well, and that is, how we ALL appreciate your efforts in FindAGrave, cause without your unselfish dedication, in any weather, to create these handsome Memorial's....., you see, family genealogy researcher's and investigators would be at a loss, without YOU!

Again, thank you Linda, and all you Guy's and Gal's out there in FindAGrave, please, keep up the great work!

I have finally got the time to look at this and I was wondering why you would want me to move the photo when there seems to be more information on the first one? What would be the point of it?

Hi Linda, I added a photo of Joseph's cenotaph, along with a description of the location, onto his Find A Grave page from the French cemetery, thinking it was a good idea. I did not realize that you had a photo request in for him in France already. My loading the picture removed the photo request you posted. You might want to put it back so you get a photo of his real marker.
